I will hands down say they’re the best dealership i have worked with before! I will 100% recommend everyone to buy with them, if you think there is a problem with the car purchased they will go above and beyond to solve the problem! Their reception team is so so friendly and helpful, even when it comes to being a bit picky with a courtesy car, they still give you the best they have!

Happy with the professional service provided by Nova Motors. All of the staff I met with were very friendly. I purchased my car through Arthur, he was very knowledgeable and gave me a reasonable deal. My car was also cleaned and serviced upon purchase. Unfortunately my car had some mechanical issues within a week of driving it, which admittedly was not the fault of the dealer. As it was within the warranty period, Nova Motors resolved the issue as soon as possible. The mechanics on site did a really good job. I would recommend Nova Motors to anyone looking to purchase a used car in Auckland.

Fantastic customer service and quality used vehicles. Ryan was super friendly and knowledgeable, and I was very impressed with the standard of care and service my vehicle received before I picked it up. Unfortunately I couldn't find the jack so I went back a 2nd time only to find out it was located under the passengers seat! But the serviceman was super cool and threw in a complimentary puncture repair cannister for my troubles. Overall I'm super impressed with my dealings with Nova Motors 👍 highly recommend 👌

Got ourselves a nice little car, fantastically priced, we were able to have a look around without being hovered over, take it for a test drive and then chat about it in their comfortable office. Helps that they give an automatic 3 month warranty for peace of mind. Definitely worth the trek to south Auckland. Huge yard, lots of options! Great service from Michael and Pedya. First time buying a car in NZ. First dealership I went to was racist, wouldn't do a deal and just hovered in smug assurance that I'd buy their car. I wasn't that desperate. Nova was further away, especially by pt when the trains weren't running, but it was worth it. Arthur was great, gave me lots of good info, was helpful, personable and friendly. He didn't hover and wasn't racist. I never felt pressured to buy and as a solo female that's a level of comfort you want. Just make sure you pop into the office or you could end up wandering the yard for an hour without being approached. But it was Christmas so minimal staff. Arthur went out of his way to get me all the paperwork I wanted and the sale went smoothly subject to an AA inspection. I injured myself just before I was due to pick up the car and couldn't drive. Manager was understanding but couldn't arrange for delivery which would have been more convenient as it was a week before I could drive. Overall, a good experience. I liked their website as the detail on the car listing was good enough for me to narrow down my options before I arrived.

I would have given a perfect rating because they do sell quality grade cars. But we had paid deposit a week before pick up and nothing was done except rego. No WOFF, ungroomed, needed to replace battery and had to wait in their showroom for 3 hours to get that all done when we were already told should be ready pick up.

The experience of first choosing and then buying my new car was just too smooth here (ofcourse I also visited a few other companies, so have a lot to compare in terms of). Both Arthur (the salesperson who helped my with the first half of the car buying process) and Hrushikesh (the in-charge of finance who helped me with the second half of the process) were very patient and explained all things well. Recently bought a car there, buying process was very smooth, they rectified the issues picked up by AA with no fuss. The car did end up having some mechanical issues after I bought it, but were repaired under the included warranty (3 months). The only complaint I can think of is that both the car I bought and the loaner car provided while mine was being repaired were quite low on gas when I picked them up.

I was looking for Lexus LS460 and found at their yard, drove on the yard with little hopes of getting a good trade for my Honda accord and walked back with a deal to buy my dream car. Exceptional service overall, loved the overall experience and I hope your after sale service will be as great as your pre sale service. Keep up the great work guys. Update: I had an issue with my car's boot and the reverse camera, went back to them, they were very understanding and fixed all the issues, so great post sale support as well.

Assisted us when we arrived, was there for us when we were asking questions but also gave us our space to look and discuss what we wanted as a family. Bought my Mazda Axela from Nova, Penrose about August 2018. It was an awesome deal and I totally love my car!! About 2 weeks ago I had battery issues to the extent that my car just wouldn't turn over. After trying a few things we decided to call Nova. Within a few hours a technician came out to have a look. He recognised that it needed to be looked at in the shop and organised a tow truck to come out and get the car. The car went Sat morning and we picked it up that afternoon..in perfect fully running order!! How quick was that!! The tow truck, the labour time, parts needed to fix it cost us nothing as we were still under warranty!! Thank you so much Nova!! You guys totally rock!!!

They are really good Just one thing You will be asked to buy mechanical Breakdown insurance(MBI) & GAP Both of them not worth it So don't buy it End of the day its your choice as your money! What MBI provides you, consumer guarantee act already does! GAP its valid your loan term but if you planning to pay the car off early then nope Once you pay the car off its invalid! So don't bother buying them unless you have $1500 - $1800 extra Otherwise great team and great place to buy reliable vehicle! Awesome customer service Don't forget to ask for 2 keys for your purchase! And ask questions about cambelt etc major expenses in future otherwise!

After a couple of months noticed a few of concerning issues with my CX5, I made contact with Vince and he immediately ensured we’d be looked after by their team under the C.G.A to rectify them.
