J.We hired a three seater trike overnight and wow what fun! It is easy to drive, comfortable (it had seatbelts in the back!) and heaps of boot space. Highly recommend for a road trip with a twist!
P. B.Just for fun we rented a trike for a day from Nz Power Trikes.
It was absolutely fabulous. Didn’t go hundreds of kilometres, or hundreds of kilometres per hour, but never stopped smiling all day.
The introduction and briefing we were given was first class, nothing was too much trouble and all beautifully explained.
The trike is so easy to drive, being fully automatic, and no slouch either with over 100 hp on tap. You learn to treat the throttle with respect.
We’ve done loads of tours and trips since arriving in NZ a month ago, but this was arguably the best of the lot.
