I had great help from Mr Gorian. He is super helpful and very generous. He made sure I understood everything about my car and that I left happy. I also had an issue with one of my break lights and I called him and he told me to bring it in and helped me with that situation really quickly. I saw an ad on Facebook and visited the store days after. Then purchased a black Honda Fit 2011 from NZC last week. Jason, the sales rep, showed the whole shop and gave good recommendations. He demonstrated knowledge and trust on the cars viewed. The shop was very clean and organized. Enjoyed a great cup of coffee while waiting to pay for the car. There were dozens of newly arrived cars from Japan in the backyard, I was impressed with the agility to get them up and running. I've been meaning to write this review for a while, however have been very busy and wanted to give the car a run for a bit to ensure all was well. I bought my 2010 Subaru WRX STI from NZC a few months ago, and needless to say I'm pleased with the car and the service I got from Gorjan. Gorjan listened to what I wanted, and I got my ride! Sadly the following day I got a check engine light on the car - not something you want just after buying your car. Luckily the issue was incredibly minor, and the dealer paid and arranged for this issue to be repaired at the mechanic of my choice. Problem fixed and the car has run without any hassles and enjoyed a fantastic and fun drive to Wellington in it! A few minor issues were found with the car following purchase, however Gorjan has been very easy to speak too and the faults have been picked up and repaired very quickly and the car runs well. We brought a second hand van from the team. There was an issue where a light came on not long after buying the van. There was a $1500 part that needed to replacing. Just found the Toyota Auris I liked on Trademe and it leaded me to this dealer. I am really happy that I did come to visit physically. Their cars are exceptional high quality, I mean both the interior and exterior, even before proper cleaning and polishing. The price was acceptable and reasonable, not like others listed the pricing higher then you may found quite some issues later on. Once I saw this car and completed a test driving, I did not go back to other car dealers that visited previously. The manager Gorjan was really friendly and helpful. The inspection report also presented that the car remains as quite high quality even it is 10 year-old. 2 minor issues but would not affect the driving. They were quite efficient and had no issue to fix them. The car was ready to pick up just in 6 days (including weekends). The car is running good so far, still need to observe for longer. But I am happy to recommend this dealer to any others. Go visit and you will not regret :)

I was buying my first car in New Zealand and I was really very concerned about important elements such as Trust and Authenticity of the information while dealing with the dealers. These are two things which are very important when you have to buy a car remotely. Great company. I bought a car which I thought was an extremely competitive rate. I’m sure NZC won’t mind me saying but the car had a slipping clutch – something you would only notice from driving it so not their fault, however I reported the issue and they responded straight away with where to go and who to ask for. They fitted a completely new clutch (within a week with courtesy car) and the car is fantastic again. Great dealership! Went to view a car without making an appointment. Normally dealers aren't fond of that, but these guys were great! Asked relevant questions, showed us around, advised on the few options as the car we were looking for was still in transit. Test driving a vehicle wasn't an issue, staff service was prompt and on point. Paperwork was painless and Gorjan worked around what we had on hand despite the fact it was past 5pm on Friday! The vehicle was promptly serviced, warranted and registered in a couple of hours and released to us. I recently moved down from Auckland to Christchurch and was in a dilemma. Do I sell and purchase again in CHCH, or do I drive or ship my car down. Even better, they offered to collect the car and take it to the dealership rather than me having to drive there and drop it off. My car. The amount of work NZC went out of their way to do after leaving the car in their hands was incredible. I'll never go elsewhere. Toyota Corolla Fielder 2013. We saw the car listed on-line as an incoming import. The listing looked good and we made the journey to view the car and we were impressed by the quality. We had viewed some of the Branded dealership vehicles and they were sometimes 5 years older for the same price so we agreed to purchase. The comment we would like to make is that NZC state that they "specialise only in low-mileage, Grade 4 and above cars". Seriously that is correct. We did not get the usual car salesman hype about how good the car was, but Bruce stood back let the quality of the NZC car do the talking to us. There was no bull or sales pressure but a quality car and honest price compared to everything that we had researched made our decision. Bruce even arranged transport to Whangarei and the car arrived only a few days after purchase. We would highly recommend considering NZC as company to consider first up. Update 10 July 2019. Had a problem with the central window automatic control not working. A 2 minute call and Andrew explained how to reset and referenced a Youtube video. Job done in 2 minutes. Really helpful after sales advice.

Now let me start by saying that NZC have a good selection of cars and a couple of great people in the Archers Rd warehouse. 4 weeks ago I bought a 9 year Volvo V50 from here for a little under 10k. I'd been looking for a vehicle for a while and was in a hurry to purchase one. I had made the salesman aware that I would be getting a vehicle inspection the week following as I was unable to get one at the time, due to it being Sunday when the paperwork was filled out. I was assured that this was fine. I asked them to replace the front tyres which were very worn & the rear rotors which were also very worn & had a large indent before purchase. Which they gracefully did and I am appreciative of that. However when I received an email in response to my below issues I was told that they had done both of these things despite the fact that they were fine & didn't need doing. I wish I'd taken a photo of the rear rotors now because I feel a little taken back as they did need doing. Following the inspection I notified NZC that the cv boots were in need of replacement & a left side wheel bearing was also required. Kindly NZC agreed to do the work & I took the car in that weekend for the works to be completed. I picked up the car on the Sunday & was told that the works had been done & I was super happy. Until on my way to the airport the car started making a horrific sound when turning to the right. Obviously as I was going overseas with work I was not in a position to return the car that day. On my return my partner had a quick look at the car, the cv boots had been done but the grease had not been replaced during the process. If we hadn't picked this up & regreased them, the whole cv boot replacement would have been a completely fruitless exercise (my partner also followed up to Gorjan to request that their workshop staff do this in future to avoid issues). Thankfully my partner is very mechanically skilled & picked that up & that the wheel bearing hadn't been done. It's at this point I gave the CGA a quick call. For no other reason than to check if I was being unreasonable before I emailed & I did not mention the garage where I bought the vehicle, it was merely for peace of mind. I have been assured that I'm not being unreasonable. I emailed NZC & at this point they told me that the wheel bearing had not been done and sent me one photo to show me that there was still some wear left and it should last a while. For all I know the photo could be from the right side, which there is nothing wrong with (I am sure the photo is genuine and am not suggesting it isn't just that's it's only 1 photo). They also mentioned that they had told my partner this when he picked up the car.. however, I personally was the one that picked up the car and I was told that the works had been complete. in my email I mentioned that I came to them because they got good reviews & in response they asked me why I hadn't written one... ("referring to our google reviews and you never gave us one yourself").... so here it is. Now, whilst I completely understand that I bought a 9 year old vehicle and in no way do I expect it to be brand new and 100% perfect, I do expect it to be in a condition where I'm not going to have to spend over $1000 on it a couple of months post purchase. I don't think what I'm asking is unreasonable. Most people don't have money to burn. I certainly don't. So when I buy a $10,000 car, I don't really expect to have to shell out $1200 on a new hub (inclusive of labour) a month after purchase. Despite this review I would still recommend NZC because they are a friendly garage and have some good staff. Gorjan has been fantastic and has been genuinely helpful thus far with this situation. The only reason it's sitting at 3 Stars is because the issue has not been resolved as yet and I am currently being made to feel that I'm being unreasonable and unfair. (I appreciate the latest email was only sent today). Once resolved I will amend my review.

By far the best car dealer and staff in Auckland, New Zealand. Found out about this place via a google search. Was sceptical. However was nearly giving up on finding my replacement car. As my previous car was written off, it was involved in a car accident. Truck was at fault. Bruce met us while browsing the cars and he looked after us. Genuine, helpful and supportive. Even after test driving the car I had my eye on. There were some things I wasnt happy with. Therefore was just about to leave. However Bruce asked me what I.didnt like and I thought that would be it. I bought a decent car from this place but was really disappointed with the service after I made the purchase. Once they had the money they didn't really care anymore. I put a deposit down on the car on Sunday and waited for an AA check on Tuesday. They had said they would do a full valet on the car for when I came to pick it up on Wednesday and would remove a toll road meter which was connected on the dashboard from when it was in Singapore. I made the full payment on Tuesday after the AA check and got a taxi out on the Wednesday with my newborn baby to pick up the car. The car had not even been cleaned at all or washed on the outside, the toll meter was still on the dash so we had to wait around for that to be removed as well. It was just typical of car sales men to get your money and once they have it they don't care anymore. Pretty disappointed as the car I bought was not cheap.

I was happy to buy from NZC Auckland, even though I was in Chch, based on their reviews. However, the car we recieved was a let down in a few ways. We were assured it was a 'great example' of the make and model but it was full of cosmetic damage. It was sandpaper like scratches all over (buffed out alright). The front bumper had been scrapped somewhere (maybe in transit from Japan), this had broken off almost all the screws so it just wobbled. Because of this the mudguards in front wheels had both worn through pressing on the wheels. This must have been known by NZC or they just didn't inspect well because it had to have been driven to do this. Parts of the bumper were broken off. The wing mirror indicator glass was broken. So was the front spotlight (not really a big deal though). We were told it came with 2 keys, but only recieved one fob. They have since then paid to have this damage repaired and to get another key, which is comendable. However, I would expect to made have the large hassle (and it was a really big hassle over the course of months) to get these issues sorted. When paying so much for a car you would expect to not have obvious and unacceptable damage surprise you. I would advise anyone having cars sent to them from NZC Auckland to anywhere else without seeing them in person to consider the risk.

The sales team were all OK -its a business and a pleasant one. Would buy with NZC again. 4 stars -because the two rear tyres were age cracked (circumference along tread due to aged-not unwarrantable but clearly on their way out & Google opinions seem to support replacement ) noticed one deflated at home. Just thought that while the WOF was issued in Auckland and the front tyres replaced/wheels balanced and aligned, the option to replace if offered before heading South would have been a better outcome. I purchased a Nissan Murano from NZ Cars Ltd in Apr 15. The car I purchased had an electrical fault that was very difficult to diagnose and fix. NZ Cars Ltd stepped up to fix the issue straight away, and once it was identified that finding the fault was more difficult than expected, NZ Cars Ltd offered to change the vehicle as they wanted to do the right thing by me. I decided to stick with the Murano which to my delight, the electrical issue has been detected and the fault repaired. Throughout the entire period Nissan Dealers and auto electricians worked to resolve the issue, NZ Cars maintained contact with me. They also provided me with a courtesy vehicle that they dropped off to me in Taihape (in the Central Plateau). NZ cars went well over and above what I would have expected from any dealership. I am happy with my purchase, happy that I was not out of pocket because of the issue and due to the EXCELLENT service I received, we have just purchased a second vehicle from NZ Cars Ltd.
