I bought a self contained Nissan Serena one year ago. Now my visa is ending and 27.000 km later it is safe to say that I am more than happy to bought the car here. Mohammed and his team assured me that the car is in a good condition and they put some work into it before the purchase eg. putting in a new radiator and fixing some rust issues on the bottom of the car. Nevertheless, I did a pre purchase check with a independent mechanic and he also confirmed, that the car is in a really good condotion for its age and milage and he also confirmed that the team of Pars did a good service beforehand. So with a piece of mind I bought the car and I didn't get dissapointed. Travelling for one year and putting 27k km on the car I encountered zero issues. It also now passend the WOF easily and it was also easy to sell the car after finishing my travels. Looking back it was 100% the right decision to go with Pars. In my opinion the prices are super fair for what you get. And I personally would always invest a bit more in a car which is less likely to break down. Like this you can save money and nerves while you on your travels and if you are lucky and take good care you can sell your van in the end for a good price because it still will be a good car. My recommendation is to just go there and take a look at all the cars parked on their yard. And you'll find one in your price range depending on size, age and kms. Of course the prices start pretty high around 10k or so, but if you have the budget you can be sure you'll get a car in a good condotion with a good service done by the team of Mohammed. We bought our campervan last year in august and didn’t wanted to give a review until we are not done with our trip and know everything was alright. But we were more than lucky to buy a van from nasser because we truly had never one problem, we just had to change 2 tyres and that’s it. He is a very nice and friendly guy who sold us the van for a really fair price and I think it‘s the prettiest design you can do for a mazda mpv. We absolutely adored it and would always buy a car here if we come back! Enjoy your trip!

We are so happy that we found PARS soon after landing in Auckland. It worked out really well for us. Nasar could not have been more helpful. He found us the perfect campervan, fixed little things before we left and quickly paid us back for a radiator hose issue that happened while it was still under the 30-day warranty. Then, after four wonderful months in New Zealand we reconnected with Nasar and he agreed to buy the van back when we finished with it. That left us worry-free for our last week in New Zealand. We bought a 2006 Toyota Alphard with 210,000 km in January at a really fair price and have been very happy with the car ever since. Nasser was able to give us very good advice about the campervans and gave us time to decide whether to buy the car or not. When we had a small problem with the engine after our purchase, we were able to come over immediately and nasser could fix the problem. He was very welcoming and kind the whole time and even offered us to stay at his shop for the night if the problem couldnt be repaired within a day. The conversions are done by non professional backpackers. Therefore we got some issues like: not well isolated wires, so the second battery wasn’t charging anymore. And we had five leaks through the ceiling from the attached solar panel plus developing mould. We thought that we would avoid problems like that by buying a van from a cardealer, who specialises in van conversions. The warranty for a month seems to be limited to a certain amount of money. If the repairs get to expensive, the seller wants to buy the car back or want you to drive back to his place to fix it on his own. Even, if you‘re already far away. Last option: you try to fix it on your own for a non-appropriate price. In general you need to discuss a lot with him, when something needs to be fixed in the time of warranty. All in all, if you want to buy here, check everything, even the convertion itself, silicone sealants etc.

After 9 months of travelling we just want to say thank you to Nassar and Jan. We bought this old estima in November and we never had any problem with it. Even some mechanics praised us for the engine. Whenever we had a question they answered quickly. Thank you 🙏🙏

We were looking for a Campervan and found Nasers garage. After a short call we visited Naser and he and his employee Jan showed us all of their cars and we fell in love with a pretty old red campervan. The price and the condition of the campervan were very good so we decided to buy it. Naser and his employee even gave us some driving-lessons! (It can be a challenge to drive on the "wrong" side if you're used to driving on the right side) Even though there were some repairs that needed to be done after the purchase (normal for such an old lady), it wasn't a big deal to make use of the 1-month-warranty, which is included when buying from Naser. Naser was very accommodating regarding this, which we were really thankful for. It was a great experience buying from Naser and we would definetely do it again!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Pars Auto has a large variety of cars and vans to suit any budget. The owner is trust worthy, honest and knowledgeable. The custom build is unlike any vans I have seen. It’s a quality design that’s functional with plenty of storage. You will walk away with WOF and a van that’s ready to hit the road. The owner was very friendly and communicative. He went out of his way to help us. We noticed the van we bought was missing a cigarette outlet and he got the electrician to come fix it the very next day. He even dropped us off at AA so we could buy insurance! The one month warranty he gives is very helpful, we checked out a few things we were curious about two weeks after we purchased the van. Finally when our payment didn’t go through he was very understanding and waited for us to get cash. Very professional and friendly staff. We bought Nissan Serena 2 month ago, the inside is smartly designed, the matress is very confortable, the wooden structure of the fourniture make the inside very cosy. The car is import from Japan and look new. The mechanic is perfect, we already drove more than a 1000km and we felt like cruising. Talked with David and told him what we had to spend and he was able to find us a campervan within our budget! Only to have some troubles with our wire transfer and so the owner Naser gave us a place to stay in one of the realllly nice camper Van's he has (the one with my Partber standing up in) for 5 DAYS! we had showers toilets and could have even used the washer machine if we had wanted to! 3 week return if any issues happen with vehicle. Seemed too good to be true. However we personally saw get taken Care of with 2 other vans. No charge to them for the fixs they did. If you are looking for a campervan this is the place to try FIRST! After more than a year in my van I am still really happy with the camper conversion built by Pars Auto. Everything is solid and well thought out so that every space is used perfectly. They created little details and extra features to make vanlife easier. When I had a problem or needed a service, they were always happy to help. All in all I really recommend this place if you are interested in a professionally build camper. We bought a campervan for our 2-month trip at the car market. We met Nasser there at the beginning of our trip. He was able to give us a few tips on what to look out for when buying. 2 months later we met him again at the car market. Due to the off-season it was hard to find buyers and naser bought our van for a fair price. Above all, we were allowed to continue using the camper for a good 2 weeks until our last day on the island and were also driven to the airport. The price and the deal as a whole that he offered us was much better than those of other, mostly dubious, car dealers. In addition, Nasser is very friendly and reliable, which made us feel that we were in very good hands.

Thanks a lot to pars auto! I got the perfect car for a very reasonable price. I called them a month in advance and when I was there, I was able to choose between two cars that where within my budget and they checked everything in the car so that there would be no problems for me on the road. Everything worked perfectly and I feel very safe with my car. When the van was build from the inside they made a customised design for me. I had a minor accident because I bumped another car and I was able to get everything fixed at pars auto. Sometimes you have to be a bit patient, because they have lots and lots to do, but they always gave their very best to sort out everything quickly and are trustworthy when it comes to pricing. I can highly recommend pars auto for a good, safe and smooth roadtrip around New Zealand. We bought a self contained Toyota voxy of pars auto 6 weeks ago and the van has been ruining really good. We had one little issue with the car battery that broke down, so we had to change the battery. But that issue was easily solved. We just called pars auto and then they paid for a new car battery, beacuse of the 1 month warranty you get, when you buy from them. :) The owner Nasr is a really honested car dealer. He also gives you really good advice about driving around in NZ. You really feel that he just want every customer to have the best experience possible, and he wanna do the best to make that happen. We can really recommend this place due to Naser’s honesty and reliability. Last December we’ve bought a Mitsubishi L300 for a reasonable, but bit expensive price. At first we were hesitant, not knowing if it was really a good deal. But a few months later we were able to sell the car for at least the same price, because the car was simply in a really good state, one of the better ones like a lot of people confirmed on the road. We’ve done the AA inspection before buying (please, do this!!) and some things came out, which Naser and his team all fixed properly after. We’ve had no single problem at all. Naser simply makes sure you get a proper and solid car. He is on it. And yes, he comes across as a true business man, he would even sell your own shoes to you metaphorically speaking. But, he has a heart of gold and he is honest. Yes sometimes, you need to have some patience while waiting for his answer or action, but it will come… no bad intentions or what so ever. Also you will even have lots of fun while buying, but also while getting the car ready. He offers free stay (incl. shower!) at his terrain, which we used for a couple of days to clean and tune up the car a bit. Naser even takes you on the road, teaching you how to drive safe in the vehicle and on the NZ’s roads. This whole experience was helpful but also quite hysterical and funny. He acts like a charming and charismatic grandpa, making sure that his kids are all okay. Loved the whole experience!!

I can only confirm the good reviews. We bought a low mileage Nissan Serena for a fair price. We got a new WOF and a mechanical check before purchase. New tires were even fitted to the car. After a few weeks we noticed a small problem with the car, but Nasar and his team could not know before. We called them and could come immediately and we were helped without any problems. We were allowed to spend the night in the yard and use the kitchen and bathroom. Nasar and his team are extremely nice and want you to have a good time driving reliable cars in New Zealand. All in all, we can highly recommend Parse Auto.

Highly recommend going to see Nassar for your camper van needs. He has a ton of vans in all different sizes and prices. Once you've chosen a van that fits your liking and budget, he will show you what he has done to the van mechanically. If the van isn't 100% ready, he walks you through what he has to do to get it on the road. He makes the process easy and quick by doing all the certifications to get it on the road and self-contained. The shop is very impressive. He is an honest, patient, and very trusting individual. He made us coffee, dropped us off at the insurance office, and he fixed the things we mentioned right away. We tried to transfer money through transferwise, and it was a pain. Nassar was patient through the entire process, and in the end, it failed, so we paid in cash instead. We have been driving the car for over two weeks now and it's fantastic. Thank you Nassar it was a pleasure to do business with you, and I wish you good fortune. Please pay in cash it's a lot easier for everyone. (Trust me)
