Very professional and friendly staff. We bought Nissan Serena 2 month ago, the inside is smartly designed, the matress is very confortable, the wooden structure of the fourniture make the inside very cosy. The car is import from Japan and look new. The mechanic is perfect, we already drove more than a 1000km and we felt like cruising. The price are really competitive comparate to what you can find on trademe or any other car dealer and the customer service is great, I definitely recommend Pars auto. Big thanks to Ahmed and Naser.

I bought a self-contained van from Nasser because I was hoping a van from a dealer would be a bit more reliable and the reviews were outstanding. I had no idea how of a difference having Nasser would make. After purchasing my van I noticed that the engine light had turned on after a dozen kms or so. I brought it back to Nasser and we were both puzzled as it only did so at random times. He paid for two mechanics and some brand new parts and even gave me a free loaner car while the repairs were being done. I had already purchased the car and he could have charged me for at least the loaner but he didn’t. This guy is amazing, he’ll help you in any way he can and actually goes out of his way to make sure you’re happy and safe with what you’re driving!

These guys were super friendly and open to discussion. They helped me get in an AA mobile inspection for the van I was interested in and were happy to accommodate all the suggested touch ups and a lot of cosmetic work that I was asking for as well. Great place to find campersvans! The best one, I'm sure. We bought one a week ago, it's working very well, no problem to notice. The van has been checked, the battery has been replaced before we leave. Ahmed loaned us tools and equipment to finish the van the way we liked it. Go there with eyes closed, and trust them! We purchased a van from this dealership and yes, as suggested by other reviewers you pay a little more but you get what you pay for. The owner and his son genuinely care that you're happy with your purchase and they put work into the cars before selling them so that they'll last. The owner was kind enough to let us use his workshop to convert the van into a campervan ourselves (negotiated into price). He and his son are helpful, resourceful, and honest. There is no negotiating prices here because the owner knows the exact worth of the cars he sells. Yes, you can buy cheaper on TradeMe but you run the risk of buying a lemon. This seller gave us a 30 day engine guarantee and we haven't had any trouble with the car whatsoever. I highly, highly recommend this dealer for travelers as he also offers a buy back option. His lot has many makes and models and he had a lot of patience for us as we circled the lot a million times. We are very pleased with our van and thankful that we found such genuine people to buy it from.

Hey there, we bought a car a few weeks ago and are totally happy with our decision to buy here. The owner and his father are very helpful and gave us a guarantee of 4 weeks. We had two little issues and he repaired the problems without discussions. Further to this issues the car runs very well and is in a very good shape. The owner and his dad don't cheat on people and take a lot of time to improve the cars. In addition to that he was very helpful and gave us some tips and recommendations. This is the best place you will find in the all New Zealand to buy a camper van. Professional, extremely friendly and incredibly generous this is what would describe the team of PARS AUTO. They offered me accommodation and gave me access to their tools during one week while I was customising my van. Your van will go through a complete mechanical check and they will change EVERYTHING that as to be change. 3 weeks of mechanical warranty (after one week I got a problem with my speed sensor, I came back, they changed it directly and for free). We bought an Odyssey in November '17. Everyone working at Pars Auto was very nice and helpful! We went for a test drive in the morning and a mechanical inspection incl. new WOF was done the same day (incl. some small fixes). We were able to hit the road that evening! Included was a guarantee for the first few weeks which we didn't need at all because there were no issues with the car at all. Don't have anything bad to say at all!

We were offered accomodation when we didn't have any and we are very grateful for this. This might have been the nicest and best car purchase I will ever do. Pars Auto is a car trader run by a father and his son. Both of them are very gentle and try to help as much as they can. They selled us a reliable campervan in a very good condition. We have had a little issue with the engine signal, but the trader helped us to get to a mechanic and paid the price for the repair. Actually there was just a little software failure. We got a 3 weeks warranty for the car. We are allowed to bring back our car to get a repair for whatever happens in this period.

We met the seller Naser at the carfair and he sold us a Toyota Granvia V6 which he upgraded to a self-contained vehicle before. We made an inspection together and Naser fixed all the things that were reported without additional costs for us. He even installed a new campbelt at his own costs which is a 700-800 $ repair at least. Also we could use his garage to do some own adjustments at the car with his tools which was amazing! All in all I recommend ParsAuto to everyone who is looking for a stress-free and reliable car purchase!! There’s no better place in Auckland.

Falls ihr ein Problem habt bekommt ihr bei Nasser auch nach dem Kauf super Hilfe, wenn man privat kauft ist der Verkäufer meist schon im Ausland und man muss selbst schauen. On est 3 couples, 1 a choisi un équipé et 2 ont choisi deux vans à aménager dedans. Nasser qui vend des vans depuis 30 ans nous a laissé les clefs de son garage et tout ses outils à disposition. Ca fait une semaine tous nos vans sont prêts on part maintenant sur la route. Il a tout l'équipement à disposition avec les mêmes prix qu'en magasin (évier, wc, pompe a eau, bois....) . Cette rencontre nous a permis de gagner du temps et de l'argent . Il nous a meme laissé habiter son studio au dessus du garage pour 15 dollars la nuit / personne. On a pu travailler sur les vans toutes les nuits. Je vous le recommande vivement car cet homme est de confiance et jamais une personne que l'on venait de rencontrer nous avait autant ouvert sa porte.
