K.The Team @Precision Autos were awesome to deal with & made purchasing my vehicle less daunting than I thought it would be. I was a little nervous about going thru the process to begin with but the Team eased my nerves & helped guide me through the entire process & were able to answer any questions I had thus alleviating any fears I initially had.
Upon arriving to pickup the car, Herb was right there waiting for me & even had a big beautiful red ribbon on the car. Thanks Team!

R.I was an out-of-town buyer and unable to view the car in person. Herb gave me valuable help in assessing the condition of the car, with phone discussions, emailing me extra photos in response to questions I raised, and organising the independent vehicle inspection.
I found Herb to be friendly and open, which is reassuring when you are buying something remotely from somebody you don't know.
Herb was willing to negotiate on price, delivery, and mechanical insurance, and I felt that I was being listened to rather than coaxed.
I'll happily consider Precision Autos again when it comes time to replace this car.
n.Can't fault the service. Arslan was a very helpful dealer, and was never pushing me to to buy the car. Was very generous with getting the car to spec that i prefered ,and was very patient with the allowing the background checks. The best car dealership i have used so far, and would highly recommend going to see the guys at precisions autos for your next car. :)))

I already knew what I wanted from using their website, but he was happy to spend time going through other cars and the pros and cons of each. The sales processes was easy and he even made sure the kids entertained!

Arslan made the entire experience simple and hassle free, even when the battery was found to be dead after it was shipped to Wellington, he arranged a swap over locally with no problems.
Would easily but from Arslan again, awesome service and they came in cheaper than same car purchased locally even with shipping costs counted in.

r.Good selection of cars. Took a while b4 being asked for assistance. The salesman was pretty good. Pity my budget was a couple of Grand short of the car I wanted. No budging on the appropriate valued car boo hoo lol. Still kicking myself over not being able to get the car I wanted. Oh well thems the brakes. Still props to the pakeha guy who served me for his great effort.
L.I had a great experience dealing with Precision, especially Arslan! He helped me get the car sorted out, bent over backwards to help sort out paperwork given my new arrival in the country and pushed to get the car modified and ready for me in a short time frame, all while being friendly and relaxing.
P.Brought a toyota mark-x, nz new, but imported from japan.
I live in Tauranga so did most dealing over the phone, noticed a fault in a photo with a seat and they had it fixed before I even saw the vehicle.
Put down a refundable deposit so if I didn't like the car we could say no and get that money back. Went up to Auckland and the car was even better than the pictures and had more features. They gave a great trade-in price for my old car, and even helped with insuring the car and keeping the cost of that down. Arslan and the team at Precision Autos are awesome to deal with and will do anything to help. If I buy another car in the future it will be from these guys for sure!!

W.We were panicking and looking for a car one Sunday, as my friends daughter finally got a job offer, but the job was across town, and she needed a car. We found the type of car we wanted to look at, and the price range, and started ringing. We rang so many car dealers, but for some reason, we couldn't get any response!
So we went further afield, and it was almost a shock when Herb at Precision Autos immediately answered, and we were able to organise a trip out to see the car we were interested in!
It was worth the drive from Papakura to Henderson, as after getting a car she thought she wanted, she felt afterwards, it wasn't right. So Herb organised to change it with another one, which she is more than happy with now, and her daughter is happily employed.
