This company was a delight to deal with. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, they negotiated with my son and were very patient answering questions and concerns. On the day the man in charge was very friendly and efficient. I did not drive the car at night for nearly a month at which point we found there was a fault with the lights. This was dealt with by Pranesh under the warranty with no fuss. All in all, an excellent person to deal with and highly recommended.

Arranged to pick up my car at 3pm but due to my ride there, I arrived about 45 minutes early. Nilesh accommodated me well as it was very hot outside. Put me in one of the spare offices and offered a glass of nice chilled water. I'm very happy with my car absolutely mint condition inside. Had a minor issue with it but was fixed by staff straight away . Thank Naresh and your awesome team. Will recommend you 100%.

Purchased a car over 3 months ago from RK Cars after doing some research on trusted brands and models by Kiwis. They stock a large supply of quality models because they know they're the most reliable. Very competitive pricing and low mileage compared to other searches I did. Had a few issues with the car that they couldn't have picked up beforehand. I left it late for their 3 month warranty and asked them for advice on the issues. They were happy to repair these issues after the 3 month period. Had a great experience and love the car. Issues were a settings problem on the stereo they provided. Actuator causing the door open light to come on a couple of times a week. Very intermittent issue they resolved on site. A bulb went under the gear shift. All working now. They're a bit off the street but well worth finding them and looking at the choices they have available.

Lovely people to deal with. Got my new vehicle home and discovered it was missing an exterior roof seal (my wife noticed this first :)... I contacted RK Cars and they bent over backwards to resolve the problem quickly... I even had a lovely coffee while I waited for the repair to be fixed in literally 20 minutes.

Really good with complying with to the social distancing rules. I got a car during level 3. Was good at talking but I think he may have told a couple white lies to pressure me into getting the car but I liked it and got a good car in the end. Really quick and easy to deal with.

I purchased Mazda Atenza from RK cars. Car dashboard needed to change. The parts was not available. RK Cars has to order it. It was lockdown level4 at that time. Pranesh updated me with delivery issues. Dashboard was changed when the part arrived which took about 3-4 weeks. They also fixed few scratches on my car. Excellent service on the day - got the car advertised online at the price advertised with the addition of 1 year mechanical warranty. Pleased. However, a punctured tire was not replaced before we left the next day as promised, merely inflated. It took them 3 weeks to finally pay for replacing this good quality tyre with a sub-standard one, according to the tyre experts. What a pity! RKCARS should bring their after-sales service on par with their great pre-sales service, and they will become leaders in the market for used cars and accessories. All said, I love my car and am happy I did my research before making the trip to buy it. Thank you.
