Amazing service from Lee at Selected Autos Grey Lynn! Lee and the team went over and above on a last minute purchase for an out of town buyer to make sure everything was perfect so I could drive away with complete peace of mind the next day with my new vehicle. I get very overwhelmed with car purchasing and Lee made the process stress free and easy. Loving the BMW X5 and would highly recommend visiting Selected Autos, they know their stuff. Brilliant service! I contacted Selected Autos with my budget and car requirements and got a prompt reply with some options. I can get a bit overwhelmed when making big decisions, but Lee made me feel really comfortable throughout the process, with no pressure. I went during lockdown and they had a very safe and secure process to allow me to test drive the vehicle, while keeping myself and their staff safe. They had great finance deals (especially as someone on a Work Visa - they had the same rate as a kiwi which is unusual!) They were really open about the process, helped me with my finance options and made me feel really safe and secure with my decision. There was absolutely no pressure. Just a brilliant car, for a brilliant price, from some brilliant people. Thanks to the team for their help and guidance!

Lee and the Team at SelectedAuto were super easy to deal with. From the initial inquiry, to setting up a contactless test drive and accomadating a AA pre-inspection. The stress of looking for a car was taken away. They even offered to install a new battery and new stereo head unit prior to collecting the car. If you are in the market for a European car, I could not recommend SelectedAuto and their knowledge enough. Thanks Lee!

Huge thank you to Lee who got us into our new Audi (well, used - but new to us). He made the whole process as smooth as smooth can be. We wandered in after almost a full day of car shopping which left us (mainly me) super exhausted and made the last minute decision to check out Selected Autos on our way home. I was personally not that open to looking at the cars, but within minutes of being there, Lee had shown us the car that we ended up buying. He wasn't pushy, just super friendly and easy to get along with. While we were there we got chatting to another customer who said this was his second purchase from Selected Autos and highly recommended them. After a test drive we knew the car was for us and by the end of the day we drove home in our new car. Awesome customer service, super friendly team, 10/10! Looking forward to coming back when we need to upgrade our other car!

Great customer service...my wife and i did not even buy car from dealer only look around and had test drive but the he has given us great information the car we were looking for. Hopefully can come back and buy one of great selection of your collection in future soon.

I had 48hrs to sort a car and get it ready for a new job on the Monday morning. Andrew was amazing and everything went like clock work. I even came back seven weeks later and had the DSG service sorted as part of the final deal. The added bonus was a very fair part-ex offer on my car, which saved me having to sell it privately and wait around. These guys are the good ones. They are true to their word, look after their customers and you get an honest, well sourced European car. I'm thrilled with my Golf GTI, which at the age and Ks bought was fantastic value and much newer than I thought I could get for my budget. I know where I'll be heading in 3-4 years when I'm looking for my next car!

This is the second car we have bought from Lee and we wouldn't buy from anyone else. We originally purchased a car when we first arrived in NZ in January and loved it....then our situation changed and we needed something more suitable and more spacious. We actually bought our new vehicle a few months ago but only just getting round to the feedback! What we like most about Lee is that there is no hard sell and he really listens to your needs. For this purchase, we went in with an idea of what car would suit us and our budget, but Lee offered us several alternatives that would suit us in every aspect. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we have received. No doubt we will be back when it's time to change our other car!

I went and saw a few VW's last weekend. We went back there today. Andrew and team are fantastic and their selection of cars are the best I've seen in my 30 years. We rest drove a 2012 Black Golf and immediately fell in love with it. Took us 10 minutes to drive and commit to buying it. We bought it and hand on heart the best experience I've had dealing with Andrew & Lee. Thanks for such a seamless and stress free experience. Buying a car can be a very daunting process. There are so many car dealers out there and a lot of dodgy stock imported from overseas. In my experience I went to so many dealers and most of them were appalling to deal with! However - Selected Autos on the other hand are legit, honest, reliable, transparent & pride themselves on excellent customer service. I recently purchased a vehicle from Lee and he made the entire transaction so easy and worry free. They were not pushy and were very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a quality European import at a competitive price, make sure you check out these guys first. They are specialized in Euro imports. We bought a Golf Mk7 from them a few weeks ago; we are happy with it. They have a quick inventory turn over; make sure you have a chat with the son of the car you are interested in before it is gone.

I never write reviews, but Lee and Andrew are amazing to deal with. If you are looking for somewhere you can trust without feeling pressured in any way, go see these guys! :) 100/10

This is the place to go in Auckland if you want a great vehicle and trustworthy people to deal with. After coming across the venue it was obvious that these guys are genuine and they made the process so simple. Not only did Lee & Glen help us make a great decision they offered options. These guys would have 5 stars if the car I brought wasn't a dud and didn't have issues. Real shame, Lee and especially Glen are great people and have been helpful. The Golf GTI 2010 I brought in December though (Japan import) had ABS and EPS issues from day 1, back to their mechanic (Ron Wood Electrical) which was fixed. Then another EPS issue on the side of the car, back to Ron Wood. Then more severely the Exhaust warning light and EPC engine lights came on with engine in lymph mode. This was fixed, I thought I was in the clear after several weeks when it just emerged again. Now using my Autoinsure claim. For feedback any imports should undergo more thorough testing. It's been a real inconvenience of my time.
