Awesome! Frank and the team were great. From the moment I walked in and interrupted his lunch on a Sunday 😅 He was super helpful and friendly. They were happy to help with the pre-purchase inspection, and the vehicle came back 100% When I picked the car up, it was beautifully detailed inside and out, with a full cut and polish, fresh tyre shine and half a tank of fuel to see me on my way. During the process from viewing to collection, they were very thorough and kept up good communication. Cheers ✌️

We are living in Dunedin and wanted to buy a Toyota Estima from Auckland. We couldn't see the car in person, so we asked Frank to send us photos and provide more details of the car. We asked many many questions, as we wanted to know what we were buying. Frank was very patient and always responded quickly, he paid attention to all the details and helped to arrange car delivery. Now we have had the car for more than three months and it works very well. We want to say a big thanks to Frank and would highly recommend Signet Motors.

Very happy for my Lexus IS350 purcahsed from them. Back to 1990s and early 2000s, buying from car dealers means high quality and easy. In 2020, I've been to more than 10 car yards for an IS350. For most of them, I was disppoited. However this one is the feeling of the traditional car seller: the cars and car yard are clean; sales are firendly and professional; office is well orgnised; things promised are done at settlement.

I purchased a 2015 Toyota Prius PHV with the assistance of Frank from Signet Motors. Friendly service. I purchased the vehicle remotely, without actually seeing it. Frank helped me to get the vehicle evaluated by the AA and a hybrid battery specialist. Very happy with vehicle. Very good service and I have a car in great condition.

Just bought my second car . Had an awesome experience . All the team is very friendly and helpful. Never felt was pushed for my purchase . They have good and variety range of Vehicals. Frank - the fleet manager is an awesome person and guided us throughout the purchase process. They also helped me get my loan approved and the process was swiftly done. Defiantly recommended 👍🏻

Amazing car dealer, very fast paperwork for out of town buyers and helpful with all sorts of vehicle related questions you throw at them. Very good range of vehicles in the yard ranging from the low end to the top end dollars for the right cars. Vehicles are fully groomed and wofed, the dealer is not fussy about longer test drives. Would happily buy again from here.

Although they have a good range of cars and most of the customer reps are friendly, the one who showed me the car was very biased and judgemental. Without me negotiating anything, he straightaway said they won’t bargain at all even before showing the car. May be he judged me on my appearance. That wasn’t a good customer experience. However, they have a good stock of cars and their customer waiting areas are neat and clean.

The team at Signet are awesome. I bought my Lexus GS 450 H from them. They provided excellent after sales support! They walk the talk! Kudos to Tui, Glenn and Dimitri. I will purchase my next Lexus from them again without batting an eyelid! They are the go to people if you want a good Lexus import! They value customers!

Went to view a toyota vanguard. Great customer service from a young girl. Pre phoned to have the car ready to view as I know it's a pain to view cars here otherwise. Lost one star as the car had snow winter tyres (lots of road noise and not as safe for summer driving) which the dealership were not prepared to replace unless we covered the cost.

Purchased a Lexus HS250h in May last, and I am thrilled with it. After I had it for three months I noticed an electronic fault developing and took to to Signet. They did not hesitate to check it out completely and replace the faulty part, at their expense. I was really pleased with their after-sales service and the manner in which they do business.

Bought a nice Vanguard. Bought it sight unseen due to my brother buying before hand. Very happy with the car, and at least 3k cheaper than any other dealer for the same car. All emails answered promptly. Wouldn,t hesitate to recommend to others and use again.

Awesome experience buying my new used Prius. I think these guys are pretty trustworthy in the Japanese import game. They just forgot to install the cruise control. Didn't forget to charge me for it though. They were quick to organise a mobile hybrid guy to install it for me but it was still a bit of an inconvenience. 4.5 stars

I have bought a car from this store two weeks ago from Glen. It was very good experience in getting a good car with reasonable price. I will recommend this shop to my friend and my family. I am impressed by Glen's patience in explaining the features and tips of using this car and picking me up from GoRental. He replaced the battery for me free of charge even when it is still working, before I request to do so. This is the place worth trusting. And Tui went to details with me in stating my rights as a consumer in signing the agreement. I truely enjoyed my time here.

Great range of motor vehicles. Veckes seen on site represent less than a quarter of those that they have on hand. I liked what I saw, then came my 'but...' which became the challenge for them - and they arranged several extremely similar vehicles for my consideration. I loved the direct, pragmatic and business-like approach better than having someone 'tell me what I want/like'. A big team. Several specialist, and very knowledgeable team members. Finance available at reasonable rates. Customisations negotiable, including tyres, radio, delivery... for a price... Signet team - smart business people - not just peddling cars!

I needed a specific type of vehicle and Tui, Glen and Tony were the guys from this company that made this happen. I struggle to explain in a few short words the reasons why I gave 5 stars. A few issues with the purchase of the vehicle could of meant that my review would not of been so positive. It was however the manner in which these issues were dealt with, showed how valuable these men are to this company. Personable, empathetic, honest, friendly, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile. This will be the first place I go the next time I need to purchase another vehicle. Great value for money and also after sales care.

Went back a week later and saw Tui, everything Glen said he'd do he did. so Tui was able to continue the fantastic service. Ended up trading in my vehicle and buying a car. Like B Sta above, there were a few initial issues/complications in buying my vehicle from Signet (not really anyone's "fault" exactly). But I was VERY impressed with the way in which Tui and Glen went out of their way to put things right with a speed that I wouldn't have believed possible if I hadn't experienced it (it's a long story). On the basis of their willingness to go to pretty amazing efforts to sort things out with my purchase, I would have to recommend the guys at Signet to anyone thinking of purchasing a vehicle.

Fantastic. Went after 5 months with fault in Radio/Naviman/Phone. Glen was very helpful and the installers fixed it immediately and were very pleasant and helpful. Great service.

Tested a few cars a few weeks back, a hybrid and a car not even listed yet. Dimitri was kind, not pushy and helpful with a more personal feel. Be careful comparing cars and prices with some of the other large car yards. His cars are in better condition.
