Staff were friendly and super helpful. So valuable having people at the front desk who are also very knowledgeable and can explain the invoice and also give advice over the phone when there’s issues. Thorough service. All in all gives me great confidence. And the cleaning of my car after really nails the customer 1st approach. This team gives Mazda a great name. Definitely going to be a regular.

I am very, very pleased. James in the service dept. arranged my urgent ignition repair with speed and efficiency - even locating a less expensive option with replacement parts. His quote and completion times were accurate and punctual. He even supplied a recommended tow truck for the delivery of my immobilised vehicle. 100% satisfied on every level - excellent service. Your team have my respect & gratitude for their professionalism.

Purchased and service my car here religiously due to the high level of service. They truly have your best intentions at heart and think ahead (ie. offer rego at same time as service to reduce your run around time). Services here are incredible, clean car inside and out and the team are super friendly.

This is my 2nd Mazda and in 4 years the service department has been the best I’ve ever dealt with. They listen to any issues no matter how minor and fix them the first time unless parts are required The car is ready on time and cleaned inside and out

Very Tidy and Friendly Staff, Pamela the Receptionist was Very Nice and Lovely. The only bad thing, because of COVID-19, customers are not allowed to use the coffee ☕ machine 🥴

I was on a hunt for a brand new car for my 20th wedding anniversary. The moment I walked in the Mazda showroom I had my eyes set on the CX5. The sales person Hayden from south Auckland Mazda made our purchase journey and very joyful and a pleasant one. On the day of pickup the car was covered in black and ready with a big bunch of flowers 💐. I really enjoy driving my car around and I’am getting lots of compliments of the cx5. Cheers 🥂

5 star service by the team at South Auckland Motors. Got chance to experience their genuine service through their current service & wof promo. Would definitely return if the prices remain similarly reasonable. They even did a wash too, very pleased.

Great service - courteous staff

I took my ute in to find out why it was struggling to start. The service team booked me in, found the problem and sorted it within 2 hours of booking the vehicle in over the phone. During the maintenance I test drove a new car and they were very polite and helpful during the process. Making the entire visit stress free and encouraging me to definitely come back in future. Must recommend for anyone who cares about their vehicle!

Suresh Kumar, from the Parts department has been a pleasure to deal with, has in depth knowledge super friendly and also timely and consistent. I have recently purchased a vehicle, and looking for some added accessories, he really goes the extra mile to search for me and makes sure it is compatible with my exact vehicle. Have left him with some enquiries and he always gets back to me. everything has fit 100% and also cant beat OEM original parts.

Compared to the South Auckland Motors branch in the airport, this place is a godsend. The staff are very attentive, and it really helps to make a reservation online or by the phone as it seems like they are mostly packed. I had a vehicle serviced here recently, and I am quite happy with the results. Would recommend.

Outstanding service, car was ready on time and with no issues. Was great to drive one of the new Mazda 6’s as a loan car for the day. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent service from The department manager Simon, helped out with a LED lighting issue and even though I had not purchased the vehicle from them rectified the problem at no cost to me. That is customer service.

Only place that agreed to resolve my crash safety system on the windscreen in my cx3 i really appreciate it aftermarket screen was not any good was replaced with genuine now works as it should , shame on all other mazda dealerships learn how to treat their customer car was cx3 nz new limited
