R.Love taking my car to the airport branch. Even though it's out of its warranty period they still treat me like a VIP and Aleisha is always so nice no matter how busy. They also give balanced advice for those of us on a budget!

It pays to allow 2 weeks notice if you need to secure a loan car, which is always available on the days I book my car in.
The team have an effortless contact system if things don't go to plan and I've never had any issues or setbacks with the team in the past 3-4 years I've been taking my car into them.

I was told that I needed to let them know beforehand???? Very frustrating - if this is true, give your customers ALL payment options not just eftpos or credit 😐

A.I've had a difficult experience at this location in the past, but recently that has completely changed. I had my Mazda 6 serviced here where it was looked into intensively and was fixed on site quickly. During service where a fault with the brake pump was discovered, David settled with Mazda for a service that would of costed nearly a grand; pennyless. We had our brake drums and disks replaced here fairly quickly.
Just to note, I still have trouble getting through the phone line. The online booking service works fine.
