R.Had my wife's car serviced here, and I thought there was a problem when we got the vehicle back.
I phoned them and spoke to Mark Halliday the service manager to express my disappointment and concerns. Mark handled the whole thing like a champion. He immediately traveled from Manukau to Botany to see the car for himself first-hand to understand my concerns and "put it right if need be".
As it turned out, these was no problem and now I really felt stink that I wasted his time.
This is simply fantastic service, and so nice to see somebody that takes customer concerns seriously. Well done Mark! and well done Southern Autos Suzuki for your prompt response and service. It is very much appreciated.
