All the others were poorly presented and it was great to see a car ready to view. We had a tight timeline to work with and the team went that extra bit to have ready for us early the next day. s.Enquired about a vehicle while abroad, mark was quick to return to return the call and to chat rather than text. Mark Gave me a very transparent breakdown of the vehicle and the pros and cons of buying abroad. I decided to proceed and was very happy with result. They organized a pick up from airport for me and than also let me take it for a test drive before committing to the purchase. Car was in great condition with a fresh cut and polish and service. We put in a booking to secure a vehicle which was still in transit. When the car arrived it was presented in a better condition than what I was honestly expecting.
They're primarily a wholesaler business but had excellent customer experience.
Mark (and his team) are friendly, with no pressure and were very patient with my endless questions over the phone & email. Communications and expectations were clear and prompt. The whole experience I was made to feel no different from as if I was buying a new car.

S.Bought a second hand European car nearly 10 months ago. I didn’t realise it had snow wheels, it was a busy time for me to go back to them (Christmas, NY and then went overseas for holidays). I went back to them after 3 months and without hassle they changed it. Mark Sutton is the owner and the best person to deal with.
l.Honest and trustworthy guys. They tell you exactly the plus and minuses of the car you're interested in and do not try to upsell like other dealers do. They listen to your requirements and make suggestions without being pushy. Mark and Keith are obviously passionate about cars and it shows in the way they do business. I have completed a few purchases through Mark and the team and they have been outstanding to deal with and have a very professional approach to customer service. I have seen them go to great lengths to ensure their customer's are satisfied with the vehicle they have purchased.
Their new warehouse looks great and their range and prices are fantastic.
It is a shame that they have been mistaken with a previous company of the same name in Mangere who do not have as good a reputation.

m.I had been searching for a car for a while and was not having much luck.
I saw a car online at the car warehouse and had a few questions.
I spoke with the salesman Mark who was friendly and honest and had very good car knowledge.
Questions i had were regarding is i he could get a new zealand cd player and car alarm befor i picked it up.
I flew down to Auckland for business and Mark had organised a ride from the airport to his warehouse.
There were 4 cars that were the same make and model i was looking at, I found it very hard to choose cause all these car were in top condition for second hand car.
i choose a car and Mark got into gear and arranged for alarm and cd player to be installed. I left mark to do my business and by the next the car was ready to be picked up with new cd player and alarm.
I will endeavour to tell friends and family about the top service i got from Mark and the Staff at The Car Warehouse

Q.(Translated) I arrived in Auckland in September 2019 with my partner for a 1 year working holiday visa.
We were really stressed about buying a vehicle for our road trip in New Zealand because it represented a large amount of money, and we heard that there were a lot of car salesmen who try to defraud the backpackers. .
However, Keith guided us throughout the process of purchasing the vehicle! He was exceptionally patient with us because we didn't speak English very well and even agreed to drive the vehicle during his test because we were not comfortable driving on the left!
Many thanks to Keith and to all of your team. We have been driving in our magnificent Nissan serena for 4 months, no problem, the vehicle is in excellent condition!

Je suis arrivé en septembre 2019 sur Auckland avec ma compagne pour un working holiday visa de 1 an.
Nous étions vraiment stressés à l'idée d'acheter un véhicule pour notre roadtrip en Nouvelle Zélande car cela représentait une importante somme d'argent, et nous avons entendus qu'il y avait beaucoup de vendeur de voiture qui essayer d'escroquer les backpackers.
Cependant, Keith nous a guidé durant toute les démarches de l'achat du véhicule ! Il a été d'une patience exceptionnel avec nous car nous ne parlions pas très bien l'anglais et à même accepté de conduire le véhicule pendant son essai car nous n'étions pas à l'aise avec la conduite à gauche !
Un grand merci à Keith ainsi qu'à toute ton équipe. Cela fait 4 mois que nous roulons dans notre magnifique Nissan serena, aucuns problème, le véhicule est en excellent état !
