We happened to stumble upon the perfect family car on trademe which was listed by Trust motors, we live 67kms away from here so was a little hesitant to make an enquiry, however I am really glad that we did. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Beckerleg whose laid back approach made us feel very comfortable. I'm not a big fan of dealing with car dealers, however after viewing cars online - Trust Motors had the best looking cars, by a long shot; so I had no choice but to go in and look at the car. I was blown away by the friendly Salesman there. The music was on, the cars looked fantastic and it was generally just good laugh in there. The boys really looked after me, I got finance approval on the spot and drove away and a really reliable car. One that I was not pushed in... I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Vlatko from Trust Motors. he called, emailed and texted me on Wednesday after I enquired about trading my car. I called him back a couple hours later and we came to a trade agreement, Not only that, He offered to meet me half way to do the swap over aaand had an official document of sale before close of business the same day! We both worked Friday and left work at 4pm to travel 3 hours! He also kept in touch during our travels. Vlatko had to return to Auckland the same night to get back for work on Saturday morning.
