Bothered Tim for 2 days and he showed nothing but patience and helpfulness - a great yard with some stunning vehicles, did my research and the prices are very good too. My wife got to check out the vehicles at peace and pick up the one she loved. Great team and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a European vehicle.

John, Wayne and Tim are legend of the three musketeers in car dealership industry, you guys deserve a great review. Decided to bought my Mercedes-Benz A180 9 months ago (never have any issue so far) after I had unpleasant experience with another dealership. This is my second vehicle from Vision Autos, the first I owned for 7 years, trouble free. Just purchased another vehicle and have been delighted with the attention to detail and service provided.

I had decided for the first time in my life to purchase a decent car, sick of owning cheap cars with constant problems. I had been looking for over a year to find the right one, and i chose a '2015 Bmw 435i Gran Coupe M-Sport' from Vision Autos. It was very clean and tidy, and I became the first NZ owner. What a car! Wayne, was extremely polite and helpful doing his best to help get me a great finance deal as he realised it was a dream car for me. A few weeks pass and i notice an issue with the steering, (nothing dangerous but obviously needed to be fixed). I called Wayne and as im over 2 hours away helped me find someone local to assess the fault. Once we knew what was wrong he asked me to bring the car back to Auckland to be repaired (as no-one local had the capability to fix it) and leant me a car whist it was being sorted. Not only did they sort the fault, he approved the repairer to fix a few minor bushings that were worn as they were able to do so at the same time. What a difference! I had thought it drove great before! A little time passed, and the car has developed an oil leak that is leaking onto the exhaust. Obviously this is a fire hazard so again i contacted Wayne. Without skipping a beat or any hassle what so ever, he asked if i could have the car assessed by my local bmw repairer, and within an hour of receiving the assessment approved to have the issue fixed. I haven't had the car long, so I was worried about getting it sorted... Wayne has been absolutely incredible. Its my dream car and having Vision Autos go above and beyond to make sure their product Is up to the same standard as their service has made this experience a wonderful and memorable part of my life. I can only thank Wayne for not only helping me to achieve have my dream car, but also helping me to solve these 2 problems without hesitation or stress. I will be highly recommending Wayne at Vision Autos to my friends and family should they be in the market for a Car. Sam J.

Gotta say, I wasn't sure I was going about my car purchase the right way. We bought a 7 year old Dodge from John and Wayne, sight unseen, we usually only buy new or ex demo but this was just a weekender that we needed in a hurry whilst our little Tesla got a battery replaced and the wife was dropping a bundle. The process was straightforward, John was very honest in his assessment of the vehicle and what arrived on the back of the truck a few days later was great. The Dodge is in better condition than I could have thought not a mark on it, inside or out, paperwork handled swiftly and 2 main keys and a spare, service history and original manufacture documents give us confidence in the vehicle as well. John played the part of sales man well and we have a great vehicle for longer trips away with the kids and their friends. A+ service, great communication and I would happily recommend Vision to friends and family.

I absolutely love my new car!!! I bought the Mercedes Benz E-Class 350, 2013 model and I will definitely go back to buy another car from Vision Autos. John was absolutely amazing and very helpful when it came to describing the features of this car. They have very good quality cars and great customer service, I would defienlty recommend purchasing a car from Vision Autos.

In a world of sleazy car salesman, these guys are a breath of fresh air. John was polite and professional. He took great care of me despite the fact that I was buying the cheapest car on the lot. I had a few concerns about the paint work and reversing camera and John did is best to make me happy. It was a great experience and I love my new car.

Purchased car a little less than year ago while they were in New Lynn. Sadly can't recommend. As salesman they are good and they also kindly accepted my previous car for trade in. Cars also can be good, but do do you pre-purchase checks since they might be not so open with you regarding condition of cars they sell. In my case - car was confirmed to be in accident, wheel alignment wasn't done at all, one fog light not operating because someone who was fixing it in the rush did not do a good job plugging it back into correct place (that makes me wonder if that's why they tried so hard to sell me breakdown insurance). Remember: they need to do business - you need to be careful ;) UPDATE: Vision Auto contacted me and expenses for wheel alignment were reimbursed. The company also offered help checking the fog light in question. Thank you!

Recently purchased a BMW wagon from Tim and Wayne at Vision auto sales. Service from start to finish was quick easy and efficient and Tim was able to answer all my questions in a timely fashion and i never felt like I was being pressured into a sale. My partner and I flew up from Wellington, the car was immaculate. We drove the car back the same day and the drive was awesome! Easily the best driving car either of us has ever owned! Not long after we brought the car we had an error light come up on the dash and it turned out to be battery related. Tim and Wayne were awesome and immediately organized to have my battery replaced at no cost to myself. I would recommend anyone in the market for a pre owned European car go see these guys. These guys have a great selection of European cars and decided on a BMW, John & Wayne were easy to deal with & the purchase process went well - a day into owning the car discovered a fault after putting the kids in the back seat due to a faulty rear shock & poor tyre selection by the previous owner. The vision team addressed the issue replaced the rear shocks & installed new tyres to remedy the problem so can say their after sales service is excellent.

I walked into Vision Auto Sales one day after an exhausting bout of car shopping and immediately was drawn to a particular BMW X5. Within a couple of days, we had decided to purchase the car, and I have John a lengthy to-do list. I'm the first to admit that I can be challenging to deal with when it comes to cars, given my above average knowledge and attention to detail, but John never once made me feel like I was being a difficult customer. He defined a timeline for the to-do list to be completed and stuck to it. He even provided a courtesy car at no charge while they prepared the X5. To Josh and the Management at Vision Autos, Just a quick note to say thanks very much for the great after sales service on my new Volvo XC70. Having purchased a number of vehicles from Vision Autos over the last 10 or so years, I was delighted to find you were (once again) stocking the model I was after when I recently came to replace my vehicle. As always, I was a little put off by the trade-in value offered on my existing vehicle (you would think I’d learn!), but a compromise was reached and my requests for a couple of additions to the new vehicle were easily dealt with and it was ready to go as promised. Unfortunately, after a couple of days a problem became apparent when the car was starting cold. On informing Josh the problem was dealt with with a minimum of fuss by the service department at no additional cost to myself and a loan car was offered for the duration of the repair. This excellent after sales service was greatly appreciated. I am totally happy with my “new” Volvo. It delivers on every level as I expected, and once again the Vision Autos team have looked after me. I will be very happy to come and deal with you guys again when the cycle brings me back to the market in a couple of years. I have had an excellent experience with the team at New Lynn. I recently bought my Audi from them and unluckily had an accident in it a few days later. The transaction had already been completed so the team were not obliged to do anything for me, but instead, they went over and above their duty by supplying me with another car whilst they organised for my car to be repaired. Tim and Wayne were fantastic ensuring I was ok and made what could have been an awful experience into a managable one. I would highly recommend them and will continue to do so with my friends and colleagues. Thanks very much !

Great selection of cars. Because cars are packed so tightly together I imagine taking something for a test drive would require the dealer to quite a few cars if it's not parked near the very front. Leaky roof dropped water all over the roof of a BMW directly beneath the hole. It hurt to see a puddle of water on the roof of the car as it was for sale and a prospective buyer sure is going to wonder about the condition of that car. Otherwise a great selection of European Cars at good prices.

Bought two cars from Vision - Geoff Ingram did both deals. Geoff is a very good empathetic salesman who had our best interests at heart and helped us with a difficult compliance issue and even arranged a loaner vehicle when things became drawn out. We would rate Visions service as 4.5 out of 5 and recommend them to any prospective car buyer looking for goo clean vehicles.

Drove up from Hamilton after seeing the A5 Coupe online and phoning John. I was told it was immaculate and indeed it was, it had two little issues but with me wanting to drive it back to Hamilton John agreed to get these sorted in Hamilton. Within a few days the bonnet strut was replaced in Hamilton and John is sending a missing wheel centre cap when they get one in - Great Service!

I recently traded up to an SL350 through Vision Auto Sales (Auckland).The sale was made through Geoff Ingram who, along with John Bennie were very pleasant and professional to deal with. There were two surprising minor issues after taking delivery of the car. These were remedied without reluctance and with the minimum of fuss and I was offered the convenience of a modern loan car while my vehicle was being repaired. My family purchased a second hand vehicle from here and unfortunately it had a slight problem/fault with it which came to light within a few weeks of us owning it. The matter was handled in a fair manner (hence the three stars) however it did take a reasonably long time to reach a resolution which involved several trips to their workshop in attempts to figure out the underlying issue causing the fault. That took substantial amount of my time and as a full time working Mum, that is somewhat frustrating. Vision Auto did attempt to fix the problem however it came back not long after they fixed it the first time and they failed to detect the real reason why the fault came back. We took matters into our own hands and forked out money for the vehicle to be assessed by an independent repair and service specialist and discovered the underlying issue and it was reported back to Vision Auto. I was quoted quite a large sum by the specialist as the faulty part would require a replacement. Quite frankly we were not prepared to pay for that ourselves given that we've only had the vehicle for such a short period. The staff were always friendly however their communication can definitely be improved. There were many times where I would need to proactively contact them to follow up on things even though they said they will get back to me. Due to this slightly negative experience, I will not be purchasing another vehicle from Vision Auto and would not likely be recommending them to my friends.
