B.Good range of vehicles (new & previously owned). Prompt initial attention and use of courtesy vehicle. Communicating updates on new vehicle progress was lacking but attended to. Otherwise very happy with the purchased vehicle. Sadly, after sales service failed to follow-up email re financial issue. Communications issues? Will do regular servicing elsewhere.

J.Took my car here for a service, excellent job they looked over the whole car to check for any problems and would let me know what else might need doing. Also they give the car a complementary wash and vacuum which is great. Only downside is it can be quite pricey for labour.
I.We had to crippled work Vehicle that needed urgent attention.
I've drove into West city Holden just after mid day and ask them for help. The manager arranged to look at the car within 45 minutes and within an hour we had a diagnostic and parts ordered. by 4:30 that day the vehicle was repaired and back on the road.

C.I recently purchased a vehicle from John at West City Holden. The service and integrity of the people at West City Holden is OUTSTANDING. The vehicle I purchased was advertised on Trademe and when I turned up John was on a call to someone else about the vehicle (he had had lots of calls via the Trademe advert), however that person wasn't coming until later on and there was no guarantee that person would turn up and buy it anyway. I went to another yard with John and looked at the vehicle, and found the vehicle to be perfect for my needs. It had full service history and was just what I wanted, so I agreed to buy it at full asking price. This all took some time. On our return from the other yard, the guy who had been on the phone a whole lot earlier had turned up to look at the vehicle. This guy got abusive to John when John told him it had been sold. I really admire John for honoring his verbal agreement to me and also treating the other guy pleasantly and not responding to his abuse. The guy left, but then went home and posted an unjustified scathing review of West City Holden on the internet which I think is unfair as that is life and when you are in the business of selling things like these guys are, especially vehicles, you can't agree a sale and then sell that vehicle to someone else. John didn't know if this guy would show up or if he would even like the vehicle or even pay the asking price. I have to admire the integrity of West City Auto Group. If they agree to something they stick by it. They are people of their word and can be TRUSTED. June 2017.
G.West City Kia people have given us really good service and help with our two Kia Sportage cars. They present the cars superbly, give a genuine, warm and professional welcome, spend time showing the features of the car, and discuss any questions carefully. We highly recommend the Kia Sportage cars as we proved they are extremely safe even in a head on accident!
The 2019 Sportage is a great vehicle.
