T.Bought a 2016 Golf GTE off of these lads, experience was great overall.
They were quick to respond to emails and text messages, were more than willing to provide me with things like service records and history of the vehicle, and overall friendly guys to talk to in general. However it is worth, if possible, to do as much research as possible about a vehicle you're wanting to look at as I found they didn't know too much about the Golf apart from the basics, which is to be expected as Winger East auckland is mainly a Subaru Dealership.
Very easy to setup Financing a better rate than my own bank, plus providing a 3 year mechanical warranty at a good price
Overall very happy with my experience and would buy from them again if needed. The little niggles being common things found in a majority of dealerships
S.This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours and confirmed to purchase my first brand new Forester.
Lucas and Tim were so helpful and efficient, everything was well covered and explained. I would highly recommended anyone to go see East Auckland Subaru for their next car.
I.Went in Tuesday morning to check out a car and dealt with Monish who was great. Trade in value was sorted that same morning, then dealt with Roy for a small amount of finance which was all sorted by the following day. Picked up the new car at a time which suited me. Whole process was smooth and really easy. Would definitely purchase from these guys again in the future!
