We bought our first Subaru Outback here, 2021 Subaru Outback touring. Eric Yuan is a true professional and he provided us with detailed information from the day we visited Winger North Shore, during the 3 month wait, right until the day we picked up the car. Absolutely satisfied with Eric’s amazing service. He is very courteous and trustworthy and made the whole process so easy. Eric is very thorough and knowledgeable. We trusted him from Day 1. I’m impressed by Eric’s service today as this is happening two years after I purchased my new forester from their Eric. I and my son were in a park and can’t go anywhere because my son accidentally misplayed the trunk gate hence it never locked again. Luckily Eric is so nice , he made his time out just for driving to us and solved the issue. I’m impressed about how he well look after his customer and profession skills. I would refer anyone who interested in buying a Subaru to Eric .

Not sure why some of the ratings here are so low, because I've always had great experiences. I've been here multiple times to purchase a car and to also get my car serviced and WOF done. Hollie and Dal were the staff members who helped me when I brought my car in to be serviced this week. The ladies are very lovely and super friendly. Getting my car serviced is always quick and easy at Winger North Shore, so I always go back. Highly recommend!

I would like to provide a feedback for Eric Yuan at Wingers North Shore. I live by Greenlane and went there to find out information about the new Jimny to purchase, and the people there did not seem interested at all (maybe because i was in my football gear heading for training). When i called the north shore branch and spoke to Eric, then went to meet him the next day (he really made a great impression and not a typical car sales man), he was genuinely interested in providing me all the information including what NOT to spend extra money on. He looked after me very well through out the 5-6 months wait, and always answered any of my questions no matter how silly it was. Genuine sales person who takes care of his customers the old school style, and not a snake like the car sales guys at greenlane. Thank you Eric for looking after me and also the car, it looks great and thank you for recommending the service plan it's well worth it. Amazing person needs a pay rise. I had a spectacular experience working with Connor and Jen purchasing my Subaru. Connor spent a lot of time with me (despite it being a busy Saturday) showing me the XV features and did not balk when I asked if "cool gray" was available. He communicated with me throughout the process of retrieving the vehicle and Jen worked closely with me on two Saturdays to make the finance process easy. What I liked about Jen is that she was using a new system and we worked through the particulars together. A great team!

I’ve worked in the service industry for many years and it’s great when you come into contact with someone who knows what it means. Clint might be the New Vehicle Sales Manager but he took the time to discuss a used vehicle with us and stayed in touch with us providing new options he thought might meet our needs, but wasn’t pushy in any way. We ended up buying a near new car from them, which wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for his genuine interest and helpfulness.

Had an outstanding experience here at Winger North Shore thanks to the sales rep with served us, Victoria. She was patient, knowledgeable and helpful with showing us around the car, the finance options and what could be done around pricing. While we ended up purchasing the car elsewhere (through no fault of the dealership or Victoria, and was more a matter of trade-in value), I would not hesitate to go back for any future car purchases. I understand that car dealerships are there to make money but at least North Shore was willing to work with us to get to the right outcome.

My Subaru Legacy 2004 (3.0 H6) needed a steering rack replaced, rocker cover gaskets replaced, new spark plugs and a few other things (plus the Takata airbag recall). Winger looked after me and were fair with their pricing. Helena in the service dept was especially helpful. Hats off to Parts for finding a replacement rack and the mechanics that did the work. The car is a delight to drive and is good to go. I'm looking forward to my first summer road trip.
