V.Amazing. Shannon and her manager Jacob have been exemplary. There was one small issue with a second hand car that I bought off them and they fixed it. Some of the after-sales service that has been discussed is second to none. I have been dealing with European car dealerships for a while and this service is incredible.

B.Just bought a used E200 and I was treated like i had bought a brand new car. Coming from an ex car salesman these guys know exactly what customer service and having relationship with their customers means. On top of this I noticed a rattle in my mirror as i was driving it home and it was sorted immediately I am extremely impressed.
Shaun Grob is a fantastic salesman and I would highly recommend dealing with him for your next mercedes.
E.Initially I was scared I was going to get slapped with heavy handed bills for getting repairs and servicing done on my E63.
But I've returned here 4 times now and have had just such an amazing service from Ben, Melissa and the team it's been incredible!
Other places have charged me SO SO much for any minor thing and these guys are super efficient they never just randomly do work and slap you with a bill either they have great communication and always make sure everything is okay.
