We found the team at Auto Planet to be an easy going, no pressure outfit. We received nothing but great service from Waqas and the team. I bought the Honda fit with them and unfortunately the next day of purchase the car presented some problems. As the car was under warranty, they proposed to go to a mechanic in the city where I live to fix it. Then another problem was presented which I had to take back to Christchurch. But after all that, it was resolved. Thanks to the Waqas' patience and helpfulness, I managed to get the car fixed, at no extra cost.
