Brought a Lexus Hybrid from Auto dream, Edward was very easy to deal with, we flew from Dunedin to Chirstchurch to pick the car up was pretty disappointing when we drove the car back to Dunedin after owning it for 1 day mutiple lights came on the dash the car was shipped back to chirstchurch the next day, were they said it needed a new Hyrbid system put in and that it would be back within a week's time. Edward offered a $300 petrol voucher for the issues which was nice of him. The car was away got 2 weeks when returned YM Auto who Autodream trusted our car with damaged the interior of the boot and did not want to take any calm to it Edward offered "$100 out of his own pocket" which we were disappointed as we wanted to get the car back to what it was before the Mechanics damaged it spoke with Edward he said it "was a rushed job" and thats why it was damaged.

We brought a toyota vanguard from Auto dream back in November 2018. They were wonderful to deal with. We have had a few issues (very small) and the team have been very great at making sure they sort these problems out straight away for us. Would highly recommend. Car is perfect. Cheese Auto Dream.

Got a very good deal for my Demio, had it for about 5 months now, no any issue. Somehow it is even more easy to drive compare to my old Demio even though mileage is slightly higher on the new one. I believe customer service guy’s name is Siva, who is very helpful and knowledgeable during the whole process. All in all, very satisfied experience there.

Siva is really an awesome person. Reasons for that as follows 1) My wife arrived in dunedin on 1st July 19. We had been eyeing on a Honda Odessey for awhile since back in from Singapore. So when we settled , i rang him up and he fixed appointment straight away. Since I have been dealing with Siva since 2016, I have his personal contact and he Whatsapp every details within 1day. Thats efficency 2) While going through my docs he immediatedly told me not to worry about some incomplete docs, he would try his best to expedite the process. Thats reassurance 3) He rang up his insurance, finance n official authorities and released my car within 5-7days. Thats reliability. 4) We got our car which we wanted, drove around im so happy dealing with Siva from Autodream very simple 5) He cleaned wash the car, changed oil filters and did all neccessary for it to be delivered by truck from Christchurch. Completely recomended !! Thanking for the great help Siva :-)

Very pleased dealing with Auto Dream today. Fast, easy, helpful service. Very friendly, and approachable staff who love to help their customers find a good car. I took my 6 month old son in with me and they offered me somewhere to sit, drink and kept a very easy and comfortable conversation going. I wish I could rate more then 5 stars. I will be back, thanks guys :) p.s we love our new car sooooooo much!!!

Excellent service & Helpfulness. I bought mazda ljn257, although i should have inspected the car further. The tyres were 'new' but the back ones had badly cracked side walld and my car came with the fuel light on! Other than that i would recommend Autodream to anybody.

Looked at a vehicle that had a rusty side door hinge that was supporting a heavy sliding door, when l mentioned it l was told that they would sand the rust off and paint it??? I said don't you think it is weakened due to rust and he wasn't very clear replying. ???

The car shop cost performance and staff are sooo nice. I got some problem but they going to help immediately. I really happy to buy this car shop.

Jim is the guy to go to , exceptionally helpfull in all areas , purchase to insurance and always willing to help out with warranty above and beyond , all round fabulous customer service ..
