Recently bought a full set of gear from here. Visited several times over the past couple of months to try things on and had a huge amount of help and advice from Hayden. As a total newbie, I really appreciated how patient he was in answering a lot of dumb questions. I've been around a few shops in town and the service here was really a cut above.
Really happy with what I came away with - I'll definitely be back in future.
B.Awesome service. I had a new tyre fitted and to a bike I bought not long ago and the brake rotor was found to be faulty. They have covered this under their warranty.
Highly recommend both for their sales and service departments.

J.I crashed on the Lewis Pass and was desperate to have someone check my front brake to see if it needed bleeding (was going almost all the way to the bar). No one else would look at the bike as they were either too busy or Covid had affected staffing. Avon took my bike (dropped what they were doing!), sorted the front brake and then wouldn't charge me for the work. Incredible service! I bought a rain-suit from the store as a thank you for their efforts. Thanks again guys, you're legends.
