L.We bought two cars at B&W Motors, and both times were extremely happy with how professional they are. Especially this second time around they really stood out as they went the extra mile to get a few issues fixed that came up shortly after we purchased the car, costs covered and repair organised by them. And even though the cam belt wasn't due to be changed yet, they did that anyway as they knew it's good to get it done sooner rather than later. B&W Motors couldn't have made it any easier for us. Great service overall!
M.Took quite a while to get some attention but when someone did attend they were helpful and friendly. The car in question had a few faults but they committed to remedying them. Personally I think they should be sorted before they go on the lot because fixing the faults should not be leverage for bargaining, ie; 'we'll fix it so we won't be able to go any lower.'
Overall reasonably good experience. We bought the car.
R.Spent a lot of time looking around yards for the right buy and these guys were easily the best to deal with. Cool range of cars too, I ended up getting a nice NZ new euro for myself and a great wee manual car for my kids to learn to drive in. Recommend highly
