J.Mark is an amazing dealer. I brought a used Ute from here and it eventually ran into some issues. Mark went above and beyond to sort them without any worry. I honestly can't recommend buying a vehicle from him enough. I'll definitely be buying my next vehicle from him.
R.We were well looked after by Mark. We'd been looking for an older 4WD single cab ute for months before we discovered that this dealer specialised in the <$20K vehicles we were looking for. We had a small choice of single and extra cabs that met our specs! By this stage I was motivated enough to fly to Chch and relocate the ute back to central North Island myself. I was willing to buy the vehicle sight unseen based on the many photographs Mark provided and detailed questions he answered. He also helped me find a mechanic to do an inspection and facilitated that happening, plus picked me up from the airport. When I belatedly reported a minor and unusual fault -- the horn didn't work -- the company didn't blink about picking up the bill for repair. I was impressed by that. Potential buyers, note that they don't haggle over price: the listed price is what it sells for. In our case, we thought the price was entirely fair. This takes considerable stress out of the transaction. No hesitation about recommending Mark to other buyers.
P.Very approachable sales team. Helpful and make a cuppa for you. Good information about the vehicles available. These people know their product and seem honest. I would recommend this car yard.
