M.Some of the best service I have ever received. Josh was brilliant to work with. He went the extra mile to make sure that everything was perfect with the car. Would 100% recommend.
V.I went there as a car fanatic but the owner and all the staff was so polite and responsive that they allowed me to click pictures and even sit in lambo. Five stars to Christchurch European. They have a huge display of cars.

My car clubman mini have a minor issues after purchased bur Niki advice to bring the car and fixed the problems in hours.

G.Not off to the best start for communicate about correct dates of pick up, or informed to changes after compliance (finally got them to tint the windows, customer guarantee act) , did not do what was requested at the sale agreement (something that should have been checked off). Taken weeks to get a2 batteries for the key fobe,. Wrong registration of vehicle causing frustration and made to feel it's my error when trying to get insurance which is currently 2 k under the sale agreement.* In progress to be reviewed for rating. Update. They sorted the batteries, checked over the car, gave it a great clean and changed the R design badge. And will look at the oil when due.
G.The Mills brothers have their car showroom in Blenheim Road, Christchurch. There are more than 50 UK and European cars on show. They range from Aston Martin, Porsche, Lamborghini, and Ferrari with other top brands as well. Michael and Niki are two very helpful and obliging guys. If you are looking for a special car, this is the place to visit. Give them a call.

S.Purchased a 911 June 18. Great service at the time and I had an issue with a seatbelt. Sorted straight away. The battery played up recently as it was new when I purchased but Niki sorted with battery supplier and it was on my doorstop the next day. G.I purchased an Audi Q5 from Niki/Paul Mills of Christchurch European sight unseen apart from the advertising pictures as I live in Taupo. This is the only time I have Purchased a big ticket item with out physically seeing it, also the dealer was trusting my trade in as being true to my word. The car arrived in Taupo and the appearance & condition of the car was as stated. Unfortunately the battery was soon noted as an issue and the car would not start I contacted Paul/Niki, they had no hesitation in arranging for a replacement battery they made, & acted extremely professional & promptly, there was never an excuse, just swift action to rectify the issue. The result is one very happy customer who would recommend them without hesitation; In this day and age such professionalism & integrity is rare indeed. Thanks Niki/Paul.

However the team got them sorted immediately from the reputed Bentley authorized technician in Auckland. They paid for all the repairs without any cost to me. I appreciate their upfront ownership of the issues and prompt and proper response to get them resolved. Overall it is (more so now) a good car which besides the issues now taken care off was given to me in good condition. Thank you.
R.We have bought six cars from Phil and Nicki over the past fourteen years and have a great rapport with these very capable guys.Last week the key to my Range Rover lost its memory so I headed to there workshop where I found Nicki who with his engineer jumped into my car and within minutes had fixed the problem. In fact all staff were warm and friendly making me very welcome. Loved the delivery service straight to your door. Berry showed up in South Canterbury as agreed at 8am at my house with the new Defender & saved me loads of time and money. Loved the gift basket, an extra touch of detail that made the whole experience that extra bit special. Excellent customer service would definitely recommend.
