Not only are the team at Garden city cars very knowledgeable and professional, but they are really nice guys as well,who take a relaxed and no pressure approach to car sales. They always have a great selection of excellent condition cars available to choose from. If you're looking for a VW Golf in particular, I don't think you could find a better place to start. These guys are the bees knees. Went in to trial a car, no probs, loved it, bought it and really happy. The best thing about Fraser and Caleb is no pressure, no "look at this, look at that" just questions, if you have them, answered honestly. Checked out all the reviews prior to visiting their yard and they are as they say. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

Got a stage one tune for my GTI which was affordable and fast. They're great to deal with and very informative. Since then they have enabled door projector lights for absolutely free and provided information which was later used to fix an issue I had with response in the GTI. Will definately be a regular. Great place great service and great people.

We brought a GTI last week with Frasers help, we brought it sight unseen although we had a few pictures to go on, not something we would normally do but such is the trust we placed in Fraser and the team. He didn`t disappoint, compared to so many car dealers especially with imported cars, you can`t go past these guys, excellent communication, service, knowledge and to top if off their cars are in excellent condition, we arrived and our amazing GTI was immaculatey presented, we live in Nelson but will be back to Garden City Cars for all the servicing and everything to do with the best car we have ever had, thanks again Fraser Cathy and Tim Hodgson Nelson
