R.It's always a pleasure to visit the Honda store. We really feel like we are part of a big happy family.
There are no pushy over the top sales people and if you ask a question it is answered with respect and expertise.
H.Professional and knowledgeable. Cars immaculately presented. Cars equivalently priced to non dealerships. Car I purchased came with a 12 month WOF and reg and a full tank of gas. Added bonus most cars are NZ new and have good histories. Have been stung with imports previously.
C.I received my Honda CR-V touring 2018 AWD. I was just so amazed by excellent fast service of Honda Christchurh team starting from Grace Gonzales who assisted and help to fast track processing of documents, Tem Huang and Jodi White despite of the pandemic have process all documents and help approved finance immediately. They are very helpful with regards to personal budget and workout things.

HONDA- "Just when you need a CAR"
K.We went there to have part on our car replaced. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and everyone was courteous and helpful. The job was finished quickly and efficiently, well inside the time we were told. We were offered the facilities that the building had to offer, customer lounge, toilets, coffee and tea making facilities, magazines and newspapers, and a large screen television to help fill the time. My wife was shown some new cars on offer, with plenty of information, but no hard sell or pressure. We were most impressed with this business. It is the way good businesses should be run. Thoroughly recommend them.

C.Absolutely awesome, my wife's car failed a WOF, I got the parts and replaced them, got back at 4:30pm on a Friday! And the WOF inspector still agreed to recheck the vehicle even though his normal clock out time is 4:30pm. Over and beyond the call of duty and I truly thank you very much!
P.The staff I dealt with were really helpful and knowledgeable, certainly not pushy or overly persuasive. They gave me plenty of time to make my mind up, and kept in touch without being intrusive. They really know their products! Once I'd chosen the car they didn't push me to add extras, gave me what I wanted not what they thought I should have. I'd happily recommend them to anyone. (Nice cars too).
N.I find Honda Cars Christchurch a very good company to deal with especially King the representative selling cars. One of the most helpful salesmen I have ever come across to buy a car from.Just today I brought my Honda Civic in for him to look at as it had a scrape on the front bumper so he touch it up with the correct paint at no charge. I will probably buy another Honda car from him without hesitation.
