An impressive experience, Steve gave a professional explanation and warm service to me. Came to pick up the car in the afternoon saw that he was washing the car, and has added half a tank of gas for me. Many thanks man🙂

I didnt feel any pressure to buy. Steve and his workmates are very friendly. They went to great length to facilitate my purchase. They even delivered the car to airport and put some extra fuel in it for free. Aftersales part replacement for my car was tricky but again they endeavored to fulfill it. I'm very impressed. Thank you!

It is pretty easy to sell a car. Not so easy when there is something wrong with the car. Hopmans stepped up and made sure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. We were very impressed with their great communication throughout and the free use of a loan car. I would highly recommend Hopmans (and particularly their salesman Steve).

I purchased a vehicle from Jeremy and I was very impressed with the service. Since then I had a mechanical failure which was just inside the warranty period that these guys give and it was taken care of without any problem. I visited the dealership last week and was extremely impressed. I was greeted by a very friendly and no pressure salesman, Jeremy, who has good knowledge of the stock, and he put no pressure on me at any stage. He was interested in what I was looking for not just trying to sell what they had on the yard. He showed me a couple of options in the category I was looking for, and sent me on a test drive so I could get the feel of one of the vehicles. The stock they have is very high quality and was so well priced I didn't even bother trying to bargain with him. I had been looking online for some time, and felt it would have been insulting because the prices were very fair. He organized a mechanical inspection and made the whole process of purchasing hassle free. I met Andre also when he came out and chatted when I got back from the test drive, and he was genuine about the vehicle to the point that I purchased with confidence. The service didn't stop after I signed the sales and purchase agreement either. If you are looking for a quality vehicle at a good price, and you are tired of high pressure salespeople I recommend you give them a call. I was only visiting Christchurch for a couple of days, so they have arranged to send the vehicle up north to where I live. I am very happy that I walked onto the yard. Thank you Jeremy and Andre for making it an easy and relaxing encounter. I thought it was going to be a real chore finding the right vehicle but it was pleasant. I am very pleased.

Just completed the purchase of our second vehicle from Hopmans. Once again the process was easy, the selection and quality of vehicles is excellent and the team were very helpful. Highly recommend these guys.

Jeremy from Hompans helped us choose our first SUV. He's such a nice guy. we got a VW Tiguan from him. They were very welcoming and not at all pushy for the sales. I also had some after sales service done on it, pretty punctual and kept me informed all the way. Thank you Jeremy. Bought a 2008 van from here, early on had a few mechanical issues after purchasing but Hopmans honored their warranty, put everything right and their communication was great. Would happily buy from them again

Hopmans customer service is second to none. We purchased an import and had the AV unit changed to and English language one. Unfortunately the unit skipped when playing CD's ( an old fashioned disc with music on it) We contacted Andre who said bring it in and we'll take a look. He provided a courtesy car for the day and fixed the problem the same day without a single issue. He exceeded our expectations and made us very happy. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Hopman's to anyone. Thanks again guys.

Hopmans QE 2 are our first choice in car dealers. We always go there first. The guys are personable friendly and not pushy. They try hard to fix anything you need on the car you're buying there. We found them trustworthy and credible.
