No problems, these fellows booked the car into Maxda Blenheim who did a first rate repair job on it. HVS Motors also picked up our accomadation and rental car bill for our extra couple of days in Blenheim. As the ad for L V Martin used to say "Its the putting right that counts"

R. G.Dealt with Shane while looking at the car I bought and he was really helpful and knowledgeable, went to the office and did all the loan stuff in about 30 min. Went home and once finance was accepted did everything else online over the weekend, which was really easy and straight forward and picked up the car on the Monday after work. C. W.Richard and Kenny were very informative when it came to Nissan Leafs. I had only decided to purchase a Nissan Leaf on the 28th of June. Popped into HVS on the 30th and made a deposit to purchase a Leaf.
They knew the difference of the models and explained things that I did not understand initially. Making my decision makings easy and fast - closing a deal within 30minutes of visiting the car yard.
These guys deserve a meal from me.

The initial purchase was a smooth process (we are North Island based so the purchase was online and the car was safely shipped to us), but what has been most impressive is that 15 months *after* the purchase (when our Leaf developed an unfortunate major mechanical fault), HVS played a huge part in getting us back on the road - making a difficult situation for us considerably easier. It's this much later (after sales) support that really speaks volumes. (At this stage, many other dealers would not want to know, let alone be part of the solution.) If you're looking for an EV specialist who stands by their product and sale, we'd strongly recommend HVS.
P. S.My last experience with them was not good as I didn’t get the car I bought on time.This time i found a good deal there. Both salesman’s were good.Very unique Toyota Prius I bought from them. The salesman Brad was great and made my deal so easy and on time.
