B.The guys were so polite and helpful when I came in with my sporty the first time and now they have a loyal customer for life. The customer service is always great and the prices are fair. The guys are friendly and light hearted and makes for a nice atmosphere. I'm all about supporting local businesses and the guys are great👍
A.Great service from the team at Mega Motorcycle Centre. They helped us identify and electrical issue with our bike on a public holiday while we were traveling through Christchurch. Also repaired a broken visor. No charge for their time. Highly recommend.

Last rang up Saturday morning to see if they could replace rear tyre. Got an appointment same morning, tyre swapped within minutes, I didn't even have to go get a coffee.
These guys are top notch and always walk the extra mile for me.

M.Great to deal with a team that loves motorcycles without being hung up on the brand. Here’s an example of why I’m happy to support this young, independent business. When changing the rear tyre on my BMW the mech misplaced a small plastic cover. Not a biggie. It couldn’t be found and I let it go. Some time later, Sam calls me and produces the replacement part. It was only worth a buck or 2 but he made an effort to get the small things right.
S.Told my Girlfriend I am going clothes shopping so she wanted to join me. She was excited to know we were shoe shopping for me as I wanted new boots and a hat.
Sadly she was not as excited as I was when we got there but I got new boots and summer gloves even got new rubber grips and a new front tyre.
The staff are good and all look like bandits with their masks but do not be afraid they are helpful and will take the time to look for the options for you.
Sadly the girlfriend is not into bikes so she there was a constant whine. Would be 5 stars if they had wine for the girlfriend as that was the only way to get that noise to go away.

E.Fantastic friendly service! Dennis and the mechanics very quickly and expertly adjusted the suspension on my GSXR1000 the afternoon before a track day. The difference was night and day. Before it was skittish and unsettled and kept trying to bounce me off. After, it was 200% more stable and confidence inspiring. Felt like a different bike. Gear is reasonably priced and they really help you stay within budget but with good quality. They were recommended by workmates and what a great shop!

J.The work appears to be good but unfortunately the communication with the customer needs some serious work.
Twice I have ordered parts form them and neither time was I called to arrange a time to get them installed.
When I got the tyre installed dI wasn't called to be told when it was ready for pickup.
When I got the 2nd part installed I wasn't called to be let know that my bike didn't get worked on all day due to other jobs getting in the way and that it would need to stay overnight to be done the next day.
Sorry Mega, but you need to communicate better.
I should be the one having to call up to ask if a part has arrived or if my bike is finished.

T.I bought a battery from here which failed for reasons as yet unknown and Mega motorcycle replaced it no worries. Then that battery failed and once again they replaced it no worries. This store really stands behind their products and have amazing customer service.

D.This is my go-to place for my Triumph & my Harley. Kyle is one of the Harley guys here & is not afraid of bikes older than 20 years old, & he understands them. There are other good places but this is a centrally located independent mechanic that this town badly needed. These guys will do a tyre or small job as a call-in. The sales crew are helpful & will get parts in. As for the reviews below wondering why you can't get a coffee while you wait.....there is a cafe round the corner, it's called specialization : this is a motorbike shop!!!

K.While travelling around the south island I managed to get a puncture, I stopped in & they sorted me out no probs even on a Saturday in the Christmas/new year period
The price was good & the service was good, I was riding a Ducati multistrada 1200 they had the right tools to get the wheel off.
These guys were great highly recommend!

S.Dropped bike off with vague instructions regarding an intermittent fault. They managed to diagnose fault with wiring, which wouldn't have been easy, fixed and returned quickly. Happy with the service and cost.
F.The service centre is great, the store is not so great. Needs a refresh. Sam knows his stuff though, and he's really helpful. At least it's better than Casbolts.
J.Down to earth and realistic - that's what you get from these guys. Plenty of great practical bike gear, or they will get it for you. The workshop has a real can do attitude no matter what type of bike and it won't cost an arm and a leg to get your bike sorted.

D.No bull...... Very good service and complete front end service of my CBR1000. Blimin great now. A lot of work required but charged in my view cheaply. Very happy. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
