What an experience! Andrew, Alex and the team did a terrific job and we are delighted. Through the support of Miles Continental and VW NZ, Habitat for Humanity Nelson has been able to purchase a fabulous new Tiguan Allspace which will play an invaluable role as we work towards helping people into decent homes across the Nelson Tasman region. The vehicle is beautifully finished, has great space and towing power - all of which will be put to very good use in the coming years. I collected the car from Andrew last Friday after a long wait during which Miles assisted us with a loan car. The Allspace was beautifully presented and it was very nice to receive additional goodies as well. All in all, you've all gone way above and beyond to assist us and we're very grateful. Thank you so much Andrew and the team - a huge 'shout out' from us and we look forward to a great association with Miles and VW.

Hmm 😒! Not sure I would rate this as a place that I felt took me, as an individual seriously! If I am spending that amount of money on a business transaction I would be expecting attention to my queries. Instead I felt like I was a tad bit of a bother. The first chap was extremely professional however had to hand me on to a colleague as he had a customer. The next fellow was paying more attention to moving me through a process!

Friendly sales people. We booked for a test drive. The car was ready for us upon arrival. Everything went well. Inquired about trading my NZ new 07 Accord Euro 64,000ks in almost as new condition on a similar 08 Accord Euro S 78,000 ks manual for $12995 that this dealership has/had. Was offered 5-6,000 dollars on a trade which left me somewhat aghast and disappointed to say the least. I exclaimed my disdain to the salesperson and asked him how he could justify such a disparity on almost identical cars whereupon I got the usual reply, "We're a business". Great PR. Further to the above, happened to read the 'owners' response and contacted Mark who after some discussion and clarification acknowledged some misunderstanding and offered a fairer trade price. He was helpful, realistic and courteous hence the change from the initial one to four stars.

I’m not one for leaving reviews, good or bad but these guys are exceptional. I bought a relatively unique second hand car off Tim Ten Hove unseen from a foreign country prior to moving to NZ; not the easiest for buyer or seller but they made the process as simple as it could be yet provided all the detail where I needed it. After receipt a month or so later I was delighted with the car yet there were a few minor requests (not expectations) on my side, all dealt with quickly, easily and thoughtfully by Tim - they could easily have said no to an Auckland based purchaser who’s maybe not a front runner for repeat purchase or servicing, but they did the opposite and did their best to help. I couldn’t recommend Tim and the dealership more, a great example of what a branded dealership should be.
