A.I am very pleased with my vehicle purchase and with how smoothly the whole process went. This was despite a delay due to the Covid 19 level 4 lockdown. As quickly as possible after the move to level 3 Miles Skoda were able to arrange for me to pick up my new car. I am looking forward to being schooled up on any features of the car I may have missed, once I am able to get in and visit once things open up more.
M.I was shopping around for cars and went to almost every single dealer, whilst I didn't end up buying a car from Skoda, It's the only one I'm writing a review for because I been so impressed with their service. There was no judgment at all (Which is the vibe I got from most other dealers . i.e. based on looks suggest cars) , and explained to me everything that I needed to know without overloading me with information or unecessary facts or be pushy at all. I loved all the cars that I was interested in, the only thing that won me over another brand is the hybrid factor, once Skoda has hybrids, i'm coming back.
