Would give 10 stars if we could. Purchased a car from Lance a few weeks back and the experience was so good that my father just purchased a car from them also. Cars are very well presented, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Our workplace needed a new workshop car and we ended up finding what we wanted on their website. A quick call, a little negotiation and we had our new car. We bought it sight unseen but had no worries about it being a quality vehicle. Upon pick up the car was in fantastic condition, had a full 1 year rego and warrant and a full tank of gas. I picked up my new Mitsubishi ASX from Morrison's in Sockburn, Christchurch today. The whole experience from start was relaxing and easy. I had purchased from them my last car and as I wanted a Mitsubishi, it was a no brainer to go back there. I was offered a fair trade for my existing car and was given good info about what model would suit my requirements. No hard sell or pressure and we are very happy with the decision. When I arrived to pick it up it was under wraps in show room for my suprise. Lovely gesture and as this is the first "brand spanking new" car I have bought it made it exciting on a somewhat gloomy rainy day. Would highly recommend Lance and the team at Morrison's. My relationship with Morrison Cars goes back 10 years now. I never before had much faith in car dealers, but Lance is a different breed. Not only he went beyond all expectations locating the perfect car for us, but was completely transparent about the whole process and made sure that any imperfections that are likely to be found in a used vehicle will be attended to and be made known to us. He was there with answers when we had questions, came forward when we needed help and made the whole buying a used car process painless. We've kept in touch Over the years I've referred quite a few friends over, knowing they'll get the best service possible. Last month I brought a Mazda CX-5 through Lance at Morrison cars. Lance made my purchase super simple and easy. I live in the Hawke’s Bay so everything was done via email and phone calls. He was fast and efficient at replying and keeping in touch. The lady I dealt with via email with all the paper work side of things was excellent too, she made my purchase absolutely stress free. I purchased a motor vehicle from Morrisons some two months ago and yesterday I encountered a problem. I texted Lance and he responded with in minutes. I explained my two problems and he stated just bring it in, this I did and virtually immediately the mechanics commenced work. Everyone was magnificent explaining what they were going to do. This took them under an hour to repair during this time I was offered coffee and Lance kept me up to date regularly with progress. I felt really comfortable and at ease. I’m so happy I chose to inquire about purchasing a used car at Morrison Cars! As a traveler visiting NZ for about 7 months time I knew I was going to purchase a used car for my journey. I spoke with Lance Morrison and he worked with me to find the right car in my budget range, and that was the right size for me to sleep in and love out of.
