We have received amazing service throughout all dealings with NZC! We spent a good week looking for a certain car and visited many car yards. I purchased a Nissan Note from NZC last week and was delighted with my experience I was attended to by Anthony, who took his time to listen and find a vehicle that suited my needs: I enjoyed his positivity and confidence that he was going to solve my car problem. I needed one immediately, as my old one had broken down beyond repair. I was treated respectfully, with plenty of humour and my budget didn’t discourage him from keeping searching for an ideal car for me. Once the decision was made to take home the Supercharged Note, Chris came on the scene to sort out finance. Objective and straight to the point, Chris was honest and transparent right from the start regarding all figures. It took only an hour or so and it was approved. Anthony patiently showed me every detail, which I forgot over half by the time I arrived home, in Wellington. He didn’t mind a video call to show me everything again. Needless to say, the car was presented in immaculate condition. I look forward to buying again from Anthony and Chris and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Amazing experience, super helpful from the minute I first enquired right through till the end of the sale and even continuing to do so. I contacted NZC Christchurch after finding a Jaguar XF on TradeMe that ticked all the boxes. I had visited a few dealerships in Auckland and Wellington and found some dealers I trusted, and others I definitely didn't. I contacted NZC and dealt with Tony as the salesperson. We discussed the car and I didn't get any red flags from the conversation. I found him to be helpful and genuine. As I wasn't able to visit Christchurch for at least a week, Tony emailed the detailed photos I requested, and he did so promptly. The car looked to be in excellent condition. Next I spoke with Chris who helped arrange finance and worked with me to make the dream of owning this car a reality. We discussed my requirements and my budget, eventually reaching a fair compromise. I paid a bit more than I was planning to but I feel I got a lot out of it and the deal we struck was fair. The communication with Tony and Chris was prompt, honest, helpful, and friendly. I decided to purchase the vehicle without ever seeing it as I felt comfortable with the situation. This is a very big thing, as purchasing a car from another city without having seen or driven it is something I would usually never recommend. The car was serviced, groomed, and transported to my home in Wellington in less than a week. It is a beautiful car that exceeded my expectations and while I'm certainly no mechanic, everything seems to be immaculate. I will definitely be recommending NZC to others in Wellington and Auckland, based on what has been a true 5 star experience. Along with most reviewers, there is no way I can relate the service or product I received with the odd 1 star reviews. Definitely give NZC a go!

I have seen the upmost upsetting comment from Hot Dog " Wow you cant step that low! We were given excellent service from Shu , our salesman, who picked us up from the airport. And because the workplace wasn’t open when we arrived we stopped off for a coffee on the way back. Nothing was a problem, and we were only buying a small Nissan Tiida, not a Lexus or Audi or other top line vehicles, but we were treated the same as any other customer.The guy in the office that did our paperwork was also very friendly and made the whole process simple and quick, within an hour we were on our way back to Invercargill.
