Was greeted with very friendly staff. Explained problem with satellite signal solved by Paul within 30 minutes was pleasantly surprised by cost. Showroom at must so many interesting ideas so consequently spent more than the repair cost. Not to forget the coffee machine made great coffee. Well done RVSuper Centre a good experience.

Was having issues with the gas component on my 3 way Thetford fridge. After three previous attempts with 'authorised agents' which ranged from apathy to downright rudeness, it was with some trepidation that I drove into the Christchurch RV Super Centre. Ran into Corey as soon as I hopped out of the van. Not only was he polite and helpful, he actually knew what he was talking about. My fridge is now fixed and working better than it ever has. Best service ever. On another day, was parked on the side of the road elsewhere in Chch, when Corey happened to drive past. He felt compelled to stop to check up that the fridge all ok. That is service, folks!

Dealing with Sarah was great. We wanted to secure a vehicle but wanted to wait 6 months for funding to become available. Got the job done fine, was happy with work done on van.. but was a bit disappointed in service to customer.. They knew I was staying on premises till job complete.. Noone said I could use the coffee machine, no cups near it to help myself. workshop did not advise me of holdup times when I may of gone to my van to get food or drink. 8 hour wait, 3 staff members watching me sitting all day. No thought to offer assistance.

I had such a positive experience with Sarah at the RV Super centre in Christchurch when buying my motor home. Once I’d test driven the vehicle and decided it was for me the team finished getting it ready then it was just a matter of waiting for the money to clear and I was off. We found Sarah very help full when we were looking for a camper van , lucky the next day she got a van for us to look at and test drive . We decided to buy the van . As it needed grooming and serviced , we also had to wait for our money so never picked up till 4 weeks . When we test drove the van it had a bad rattle witch it still has i have spent many hours trying to find it . Now 3 weeks on we went to try it out for 2 nights at Tekapo it just started the battery we very week then when we went to come home it just started i have put in a claim to Star Insurance . Hope you can replace the Battery . Also under the bonnet the motor and surrounds were very dirty i think the groomers never looked . We enjoyed out trip apart for the rattle. Sarah Beal has an excellent sense for dealing with clients. We have bought a 3 berth caravan. The treatment we have received from the beginning of this purchase has been impeccable. From the reservation of the vehicle through the waiting time for mechanical repairs, until the final day of purchase. I recently bought a camper from RV Super Centre and would recommend them to anyone doing the same. There's a lot of choice, the campers have been serviced regularly and you get a years warranty. Prices were fairly comparable with private sale, for what we were after, and as I have neither the skills or inclination to check all the systems out, a dealer sale was always the option for me. We dealt with Karon and she was very helpful and sorted out our 'try before you buy' so we could see if it was what we wanted. Easy to deal with and generally pretty helpful.

I hired a Maui campervan in January and was extremely happy with the service provided and the camper was way better than I expected! I was served by Andrew and found him to be very knowledgable and friendly. Everything was explained really well, we didn't even need to use the manual! As first time motorhome owners we would suggest you don’t presume the manual provided will explain everything. Before you leave the RV store. Make sure you go through everything in the manual and understand how to make beds up etc. will make life easier. Karon was happy to talk us through on the phone though. It was a very positive experience in dealing with a group of well informed individuals who went out of their way to help, Karon on sales and Olli on the service side of things. We have used the van and really enjoy it. Predictably, the odd issue has arisen and these have been put right by Olli and his team with nothing being a problem. We have received additional support, which was gratefully received, even to the extent of a $250.00 gift voucher which wasn't part of the deal but we happily redeemed in the onsite shop. All in all one of the best experiences we have had and we would thoroughly recommend anybody contemplating the purchase of a Campervan to approach their local R V Supa shop in the knowledge you will be well looked after by a knowledgeable friendly group of professionals. The only hitch ijad was it drew the attention of a policewoman who clocked me at 106ks. She was looking for a cof certificate. I only need a wof so can do 100ks. Hoping to ticket me for going over 90ks. Gave a warning and let me on my way. One of the grandsons has spent 2 nights with me, and really enjoyed it. Have had to widen the driveway to get it off street. We hired a discount priced Maui motorhome and we liked it so much we wanted our own motorhome. With no overseas travel etc due to Covid we thought we would visit our own country. The RV Super Centre is located at the same location so viewed their vehicles for sale. We then visited all the other motor home sales in Christchurch plus read reviews etc on the internet. Three more visits back to the RV Super Centre we finally settled on a vehicle which suited our needs. Allowed a test drive, driving up the Port Hills etc to check if the vehicle was powerful enough. Received back the amount we had previously used to hire the vehicle from Maui, plus. Nice pleasant staff ( Karon ) and a $2000 deposit on the credit card and the vehicle was assigned to us. We required a bit of extra time due to an investment at the bank. Phoned Karon and not a problem the pickup was made a few days later. Pickup as planned and a nice gift basket received. THANKS. being presented with a top vehicle,as a sample, with promise of delivered vehicle being the same condition then 3 registrations later, a very also ran one, when returned from my agents check,list presented, then called in and told everything done on list and only 3 items, had been done,! OK a couple were disagreed with , why didn't you ring me?, the rest still had to be done, wasted time on my part, and loss of good faith. my strong suggestion is that you check out the vehicle properly before you present it,so that its the same as the sample vehicle,( ie for a start new curtains versus rotten ones , no dvd player, obvious even to my wife )that way you keep trading. someone with more time and energy than I have may make trading difficult ie when we mentioned our problems to a local camp manager over Xmass, we were told people coming in with the same complaints . yes I had a person look at the vehicle when i stopped on the way home, and I gave them a heads up , as they are looking to down size I don't believe you have one person at fault, but a company culture, individually everyone was on the surface doing a good job but its not connecting

Great facility, well setup. We hired a Maui Van, watched some operational videos in the cafe area and then we were shown around the van by a host. Really well organised. On the road in 30 mins.

In October 2020 we purchased a Roller Team 259 and first meet Cory during the purchasing process. Later when I went to pick up the spare keys Cory made sure they both fitted. I took the opportunity to be shown the easy way to lock the boot, and LPG and toilet cassette lockers. And in mid December I was experiencing difficulties using the Truma Combi Controller so it was back to Cory. He explained and demonstrated very clearly and after a few goes it was all good. If you have any problems with a van you have purchased from R V Supercenter give Cory a ring. He will sort it out in know time.

Rental with these guys was easy and straight forward. Although the lady that was helping me out might've explained the whole extra tax to be paid for diesel and I missed it. Didn't realise until the end of the trip that you have to pay for the diesel tax afterwards and I've never encountered this to any Diesel fueled cars in NZ. We paid extra $200 for the kms used for tax purposes even though it said unlimited km's. If you're going to rent from these guys, make sure you have some reserve money to pay the diesel tax for at least $300. My guess it's probably the same with any campervan rentals in Christchurch.
