I am based in the north island but purchased a car from Mark Berry a couple of weeks ago without seeing the vehicle in person. Mark made the entire transaction effortless and he was fantastic to deal with. Down to earth, great service and delivered on what he promised etc. The car was exactly how he described it and i was very happy when it arrived several days earlier then anticipated. Selling to a salesman is among the toughest jobs. So what amazing service from James and Jordan who went well over and above with our purchase of an Audi A3 recently. From the facetime inspection of the car with me at the other end of the country that allowed me to be able to make a decision without even seeing it, to promptly answering all questions, to picking me up from the airport, to the easy test drive and handover. Of significance proper straight up sales representation of quality vehicles with NO stereotypical used car sales bullsh*! Would like to thank Jordan for purchase of the Audi A6 Quattro, a very nice car great price. Jordan arranged shipping for me late April at purchase, was a no hassle easy arrangement and the vehicle arrived without damaged for my pickup in the north island. Purchased a bmw x5 from the trade in post, car is exactly what they had described. The car developed a common fault that diesel do and Jordan had it sorted the next day and was honest and professional throughout the whole deal. Can't thank them enough for the effort put in to make the deal run so smooth.

Great service and we are loving the Touareg. Came in on a Saturday and both the guys were flat out with other people but were still really helpful and we didn't have to wait too long before we got out on test drive. Once we decided to go ahead on the car, I loved how Jordan took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our niggly questions -especially on the warranty. Very good service from Cameron - returned calls and messages promptly. Very low key, relaxed approach which I liked. Had an AA check done and all the areas noted were attended to. Felt I got a very fair trade in value from Jayden and very happy with the overall outcome and now enjoying the Triton Ute.
