From the first communication from the team I have had fantastic service. Steve, Ryan, Oliver have all been awesome - friendly, professional and ready to help sort out any issues. I love my car and have had no hassles with it over the last year - other than a minor issue out of their control that has taken a while to fix. I would definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to return to them for next vehicle - just wish they had a branch close to me on the North Island.

Kevin at wheeler motor company was great to deal with. I was very interested in a vehicle and Kevin was everything but pushy, so nice to deal with and gave me plenty of time to think. Highly recommended using WMC I am not local searching for a new used car online can be stressful and I searched all the competition websites but kept coming back to their website. I then travelled up as I like to see feel touch what I'm buying and they were very welcoming and their customer service is exceptional from sales to financing departments. They put you at ease with the whole process. They are AA approved and nothing is too much for them.

These guys have some good cars on the lot. The car I bought had a couple of pre-purchase repairs to do and although a little doubtful in the beginning as to how thorough they would be I was actually pleasantly surprised at the outcome. Everything I asked to be done was competed. Dealing with the sales team all seemed a bit rushed though and keeping me informed as to when the car would be ready etc could have been better. Overall though I'm happy with the car.

Excellent communication with Steve Piper. Car came late but that's the trucking company issue. Car was as what Steve said it will come, half tank of petrol, serviced, groomed and with 2 keys. We are a buyer from Auckland and this was the first time we bought the car unseen (only photos) and not driven. Car came to us as what we have expected. 5/5 will buy again.

The car arrived two days early in excellent condition, the price was great and they were open to negotiating the cost of getting the car to Hamilton. I purchased a vehicle through wheeler motor group a few years ago and it's been the best experience I have had with a car dealer. I live in Tauranga and was flying down on a weekend to look at a particular car. Nick arranged to pick me up from the airport with the vehicle and when I was confident I wanted the car he took me back to his place to sort the paper work. What made it even more customer focused was that his child was playing weekend sports that day but he still worked around my flight time. Made me feel like a truly valued customer.

We walked in off the street looking for a car, were unsure what we actually wanted. Were so impressed with the "no pressure" salesman, so helpful,nothing was too much trouble.We bought a Subaru Outback and it was delivered to us in Timaru, and they drove their car back , which they loaned us to drive home in. We had a very small issue four months later , i drove the car up to Christchurch and returned again in a loan car. My car was then delivered back to me. We had a customer come in to us at our brendon motors Tory street in wellington he had recently purchased a Mazda atenza from wheeler motor company and the wing mirror had faulted. I rang the team at wheeler and was told to fix the car with a full replacement of the mirror and while checking it I found brake pads at the rear were pretty low. they instantly had us replace the brakes at the same time with a good quality brake pad. we rarely see a dealer authorize repairs and not take short cuts or request we use very cheap parts. they were more concerned that our customer was safe. well done guys so happy to see their are such great second hand car dealers around. will refer any customer wanting a vehicle to you in the future. regards liz Brendon Motors

I've been so slack about writing this review - it's been over a year since we bought our Nissan Fuga Hybrid off Wheeler Motor Company. Two things: the service WMC provided was faultless. So easy buying online, flying down and picking up the car. I've only actually been to WMC for about 30 minutes or so all up. And obviously, a big part of my glowing review was the fact that the car has been absolutely perfect for our needs and has been 100% reliable. So, that's one thing... The other very important part of this review was the choice of car. We live in a place where we leave home, drive about 200 meters and then the rest of our drive is on 100 km/h roads. I did exhaustively extensive research into what hybrid car to buy. The Nissan Fuga Hybrid was the ONLY car that perfectly suited our needs. Other hybrids are great around town but not so good for the kind of driving we do. So, this part of the review is actually info for the WMC sales team. If and when you guys get more customers who live in mostly-driving-at-100-km/h places, definitely recommend the Fuga Hybrid to them. It's a beautiful car that is amazing to drive and it uses half the fuel our previous car did. It also looks far more expensive than it cost us. Just two days ago, a friend asked if we got any change out of $50,000 when we bought it... He was shocked when we said it was $16,000. He said, "What? You got $16,000 change out of $50,000?" I said, "No. It cost us $16,000." There is absolutely no question whatsoever in our minds. Our next car will be another Nissan Fuga Hybrid from Wheeler Motor Company and the same goes for the car after that. Great service. Great people. Great cars in perfect condition at a fantastic price. I know this review might seem a bit cheesy and over the top. I haven't exaggerated one bit. I truly cannot recommend Wheeler Motor Company highly enough. To give them anything less than a glowing 5 star review would be utterly unjustifiable. Thanks guys. We absolutely love the car.
