The Jaguar display was well presented in a quality showoom. COVID 19 precautions were enforced.

I had 'permission' to buy today(actually, any day) but couldn't persuade myself I could fully use a great car like the new Range Rover Defender. My best mate, my dog, died and a new car might have fitted, said my wife. But salesman nice fellow, held back sensibly initially before asking about my interest. Great cars, good knowledge, likeable man. I already have 2 cars, a 4x4 and a camper but this place has a reason for more, maybe.

Our Fiat camper broke down on Boxing Day and we had it towed here for when they reopened for business the day after. They took it in and took great care of us. Ryan was our service manager and he was very responsive and helpful. They got a major repair done in two days and had us back on the road before the New Years holiday weekend. The repair, though expensive, came in several hundred dollars under what we were quoted and the loaner car we were given allowed us to continue our holiday in the area while the service was being done. Thanks!

The staff is very helpful and provide very gd service. They also did good service to car and provide useful information and also check other parts which are working perfectly or not. My experience iss with this very gd. Yes the labour charge is bit expensive but they provide very good services.

Armstrong prestige take pride in their products but above all they take pride in the service they deliver. 1st thing I noticed that has changed is they won't talk to you over the counter but will come round and stand nxt to you and discuss. This is now part of their culture as I noticed it being done by all to all. While waiting in the designated area no less than 3 staff members came and offered to make coffees or drinks again something small but shows they care. The service you get is remembered long after the price is forgotten.

Took our vehicle to AP for the first time having recently bought a European motor vehicle. We have experienced simply fantastic service right from the very first 'chat' with the service manager Stu Williams. Service from all staff was friendly and welcoming, notably from Stu and from Victoria. We have experienced different levels of service over the years from poor to good, and now to outstanding. And before you go thinking we drive some flash, expensive Merc, Jag or BMW, to attract that kind of service from the AP team, our little baby is a 2011 BMW 118i worth about $20k, yet I can't imagine getting better service if it was worth 10 times that. AP have a new long term customer in us. Thanks guys!

I was running my Mercedes C63 in the recent Targa, we called Armstrongs due to a problem with overheating in the transmission, spoke to Richard, and Richard arranged for us to come in at a set time. They got straight onto and we were back on the road that evening. Richard was brilliant, kept us well informed. Left the car in Dunedin after Targa and Richard ordered a part in. Will freight to Auckland after repair. Fantastic support and a real credit to the company and himself. Mason - mechanic, was also excellent, thanks guys. Finished the Targa... Cheers
