C.Had to get my hybrids battery replaced, they gave me an estimated date the battery would arrive but annoyingly didn't keep me updated that it was a few days behind schedule, and I had to call them the day after i was originally told it would be done, only to find the battery waa still a couple of days away.
Besides this small lack in communication they got the job done quickly once it arrived, and it's been performing perfectly since then.
I suspect I'm probably the outlier as hybrid batteries are one of the few things they don't keep in stock at the service centre so I suspect most jobs would be completed on time and to the quoted price.
S. D.Visited Cooke Howlison Toyota for a warrant for my car. The technician was very methodical and thorough. He did leave my seat belts done up though and the seat cover wasn't removed afterwards. Nevertheless, it's about the safety of the car that is important. Very happy with the service.
A. V.We showed up in a rental van just before closing time on a Friday afternoon, and every employee we came into contact with was friendly and helpful. They were empathetic, provided kind and sound advice, and fixed the problem with our van efficiently, as well as calling the hire company to make sure they knew what had been done.

C. M.After 4 months of dealing with a cowboy mechanic I took my car to Toyota and they figured out the problem and had it fixed in 24 hours. The service manager, who's name I miseed sorry, was amazing and happily answered all my questions. Maybe a bit more expensive but definitely worth it. Thanks again team Toyota, I'll be bad for all future WOFs

N. F.Great experience at Cooke Howlinson. I had to get a minor repair , in that my latch on the hatch broke after something got jammed. Very frustrating as it likely meant new parts would have to be shipped from Japan. Cooke Howlinson did one better by rebuilding the latch from old parts . They were extremely professional making sure I had a loaner vehicle so that I didn't disrupt my work week, and charging me only for constructive work they performed. Thanks guys for making it easy

D. K.I had my car groomed at Cooke Howlison last Thursday at their grooming depot on Teviot Street.. I was blown away by the level of detail clean I received. my car shone, my windows gleamed, my boot was spotless but best of all, those places that you don't see were spotless. Inside the door opening, the rubber the metal and the paint work sparkled. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys for your next groom. Well done guys, you are awesome.
