We purchased a new Haval H6 from this dealership & it was absolutely faultless all the way to the end great staff very helpful even went as far as picking us up from the airport can highly recommend buying a haval from this dealership

Very helpful in sorting car's computer out with out having to leave it there for the day. Always very helpful on phone as well.

Made me think twice about second hand car dealers. Have been very helpful and attentive to aftermarket needs.

Excellent service got dropped off in town and then picked up again from town when car service was done and to top it off they even washed the car top service guys 👍👍👍

Well I've dealt with a lot of car yards over the years these guys would be the best ever had a little problem with my vehicle but was sorted out quickly Nick always keeps in touch that to me is really nice the ute was delivered back to my place didn't need to go up and pick it up they are a great team. Thanx to Nick Neville and Steve.

Visited the parts dept and the guy who served me was very helpful and friendly. In my opinion he went well out of his way to help for what was a very low cost part. This was very much appreciated and would definitely go back when other parts required

Have never dealt with this company before. Took our Pathfinder for wof repairs & a service. Have to say customer service provided by Greg Hesketh in the Nissan service department was outstanding. He has been incredibly helpful in assisting us with repairs, costings & interaction with our mechanical warranty provider. His communication was top notch. If this is the usual standard of service, & I can't see why it wouldn't be, I would recommend using them to anyone.

Get my VW Golf serviced here. Fantastic friendly service. Had a seized clutch plate which they managed to unseize without replacing anything and there was no charge. Happy for you to stop by and their mechanic take your car for a spin to determine if that noise is serious or not.

Steve, Erin and Rhyan have always looked after me with any questions or problems I may have. I absolutely suggest checking out their range of cars.

Lots of nice vehicle, next vehicle ordered there today. Easy process just got to follow up with paperwork through head office.

Went in initially looking to test drive a car on their lot with the goal of purchasing a new version - was told the car was not available and the car salesman was very rude and not helpful at all. Even though we had funds enough to purchase a vehicle they appeared to be judging us as being unable to buy one of their vehicles. Unfortunately they are the only authorised dealership for VW in Dunedin so we had to go back in, I spoke to someone who seemed more senior and explained the unpleasant experience we had with his younger colleague, he apologised immediately and promised to make it up to us - which he did. All in all I give 3 stars because although the first person made me feel like a joke, the second person made up for it in the end.
