We purchased a car here about 12 months ago, Malcom was great to deal with. We received a handy reminder that our WOF was due and after a horrendous experience and complete lack of service at VTNZ with our other vehicle we decided to give them a go. Our vehicles were both inspected in about the same time as I was forced to wait at VTNZ and having to leave without inspection being done due to work commitments. Our older vehicle required some work to bring it up to WOF standard and the team at Taylormade completed the work in a very timely manner with the repairs costing less than I had expected. I highly recommend this company and would give more stars for this review but unfortunately 5 is the limit.
