Boyds is a great place for getting riding gear from. They have a good selection to choose from. Also, fantastic service from Sue (?) today. She helped get my son kitted out in all the gear he needed and kept it within our budget.

Needed a size 50 wide boot almost gave up hope finding in New Zealand. Sent a letter to boyd for advice then order the boots online. Within 18 hours new set of boots at my door step ... that is awesome service. Thank you

We rocked up on a V-Rod and left on a BMW GS800A and experienced a super service from end to end. The new (to us) bike was made ready without a fuss and when we went back to do the actual swap we found the Apparel Shop ... need I say more! The entire team from bike sales to the help we got with picking new riding outfits and intercom was fantastic.

Well what can I say about our favourite motorbike shop? We spend way too much money here, but so, so worth it! Brilliant staff throughout, from the Sales Crew to the Workshop to our favourite team in parts to Greg and Sue. This is a business which go out of their way, that extra mile to help! Competitive prices, and a good stock of all motox gear.

Pretty good service and friendly staff. One of the most reasonable places in the Waikato to get tyres compared to other motorbike dealers, however unfortunately they charge a ridiculous price to fit them. Hence the reason I went elsewhere.

First time in this bike shop yesterday. I was surprised at the quantity of bikes there, with a huge range of makes and models across several big names. Full workshop out back with a parts and accessories store right next door. As we were leaving I mentioned to my friend how friendly the staff were and that some Auckland stores located on Barryspoint Rd should send their staff down there to see what good customer service looks like. With the Express Way all finished it only took 45 min from Auckland too. Well done Boyd's.

I love Boyds. My family and friends have been going there for years for our road riding gear. They are always willing to help and I really mean help! It took me an hour to decide on q helmet and they didn't bat an eyelid. They are awesome at supporting you for a warranty claim, which we have only had to do once but it was such an easy process. I really cannot recommend Boyds enough. Even if only for some advice, Boyds is where it's at for bikes.

Service is great. Have always done a great job fixing up my bike. Only issue I have had historically is that I feel bad when I bring my bike in and it's raining as they didn't have an indoor workshop. They have recently renovated however and I'm not sure if this is still the case. Always have great service in the store side. The staff are very helpful and have almost always offered a discount.

Great place! I have been in and out looking for the right bike over the past few months and the Boyds staff are always happy to help and offer good advice. Finally found a bike yesterday, they stayed and helped sort everything out so I could drive it away that day. Even staying way past closing time. Apparal and accessories store is huge and has everything you need and more, staff in the accessories store were just as friendly and helped me get me sorted with the right gear. Will definitely be returning to both stores for all future needs

So impressed with their genuine help, knowledge and interest, got me out of a dilemma. Back tyre was suddenly down to the steel belts...called in Friday 5mins before they closed (earliest I could get there) Keiren gave me 25mins - most places would have not done that. Saturday with limited staff on, the service guys squeezed me in to fit 2 tyres without grumbling. Wow that's service and warm hearted at that too.

Unfortunately they could not sort out my ABS on my K1200LT. I do not know if I should be happy about the discount I was given or should feel unhappy that they could not find the ABS malfunction cause. Any how, they must have tried their best to sort out the issue. Fact is I still have bike with a problem.

I recently bought a helmet from Boyd motorcycles. Had great service in store. Staff were very helpful. They ordered in the helmet I wanted in the colour i wanted and sent it to my house. I live rurally, ordered on Saterday in store, recieved it on Tuesday. I even got a follow up call to see if I was happy with the helmet. AA++ keep it up Boyd Motorcycles!
