A.Very cool car shop. Lovely people, very helpful. Far enough out of the center of town to not have insane traffic. Had a couple of Fords on site though, so they almost lose a star for that. Had what looked like a fairly high end coffee machine, if that's your thing

D.It drives alright. It's a little noisier than some but not the loudest in the cab. I'd take an auto over my manual any day. It handles well. As for price it's was the best value for money.

We were planning to buy a car from a while and had a look at almost all the brands, but still wasn't sure which one to buy. On Friday, we saw Mike Nicholas at Ebbett Hamilton and told him our requirements. He was very knowledgeable, recommended us an Astra
and was very helpful to let us test drive the car thoroughly to enable us make a decision. We loved the car and confirmed Mike on Monday morning that we would go ahead with this car and wanted the delivery ASAP. A big shout out to Ebbett Hamilton and Mike Nicholas, that they made it happen and prepared the car for delivery the very next afternoon on Tuesday. A special thanks to Rob and the Grooming Team as well, for making the car absolutely spotless and shiny.
Will definitely be back for our next one and highly recommend Ebbett Hamilton for their professionalism, integrity and great customer service.
T.Excellent service considering we were buying a trade in, what we would have expected for purchasing a brand new car. All the small extras they did was very unexpected, wasn't due for a WOF or Reg for 6months, came with both for a year. Small details like the tow ball set up had been powder coated. Was surprised a basic mechanical warranty was included in the price, not an add on. Trent was superb from start to finish and absolutely would recommend them to anyone, for either new or used. Will definitely be back for our next vehicle

V.The service team were fantastic, by far the most painless car service I’ve ever had. Loan car was modern and equivalent to my own car, and my car was done and ready to be collected again in only a few hours, even vacuumed and cleaned. All on a Saturday. Very impressed.
T.Super efficient. Their quote was higher than expected for a repair and a quote elsewhere confirmed it, but for costly repairs it pays to get a second opinion and in my case it paid off. But overall, its a slick organisation and the staff are really good.
W.I had to take my car in for servicing so wandered around their yard while I waited. Theres some great toys I could get horribly into debt with, and very easily. Its clean and tidy in the open area, good customer parking and the team in the service reception are very welcoming. They also have the covid 19 duty well in hand also. Well done guys
H.Lovely experience with buying a vehicle at Ebbett Hamilton H O L D E N. Our rep whom we dealt with, his name is Steve. Now, Steve immediately asked the right question to get a better understand want we were looking for, type, size, color, year, price range and possible trade in.
Explained & took photos of current car to get a real time valuation in order to determine how much would go towards possibly a new vehicle.
Did we find us a vehicle....Y E S we did. In doing so, Steve proceeded to ask if we'd like to look at several finance options.
Introducing, Sebastian, once again a wonderful young man who helped us in filling out an application for financing through their financial networks.
This task went through without any problems due to our previous relationship, with other F I N A N C E institutions.
At the end, of the day. I walked away feeling happy with our decision and set to wait for confirmation from F I N AN C E company.
All and all...our experience has been excellent.
However, after reflection we both agreed we may of short changed ourselves in regards to exploring other models and size available to meet our needs.
So, we may change our minds for something more our style, size and of a later model.

I took the risk based on these reviews here and their photos on trademe and by talking and emailing Owen at Ebbett Toyota. Thankfully Ebbett Toyota lived up their very good reputation. The car arrived safely in Christchurch today and totally exceeded my expectations. We also took out Toyota car insurance through them saving around $300 a year. I definitely recommend this company. Nothing was a problem including sending a car to the South Island! Thank you Owen and Cristina for all your hard work and many emails!
N.Been dealing with Ebbett Holden for more than 16 years. Walter (dealership Principal) is always very friendly and welcoming. Lisa, who is the business manager and handles finance has always been amazing to deal with. We've also worked with wonderful sales reps in both the new and used car departments.
There is never any pressure to buy, the cars are always in good condition and any niggles that you may find are remedied.
B.Purchased several cars over many years and they have never failed give me good service. Holden (let alone HSV) isn't the same without an Ausi built car so we shall have to wait and see what the future holds.
T.We purchased a vehicle from elsewhere which was out of any warranty and it had a major failure through no fault of Ebbetts. We approached the team and they bent over backwards to help us out with a difficult financial situation. During the process the Dealer Principal even took the time out of his busy day to make hot chocolates for my 3 young children. With their help we now have the vehicle we need and trouble free motoring. These guys went beyond where they needed to go for a problem that had nothing to do with them and I personally would recommend them to anyone.

J.After owning the car for only one month the battery started going flat I charged it up a couple of times thinking it may have been my fault leaving the interior light on eccetera.I then run them up to ask what I could do and the serviceman was very unhelpful said that there was nothing they could do unless I got the car into them I told him the car was stuck on the side of the road with the bonnet app and what could I do he said there's nothing I can help you with goodbye of course I wasn't happy with that answer
