I dealt with Aidan Sami who was exceptional in every area as a salesperson. Moving forward I will continue to purchase vehicles from Aidan even though I live in Auckland. If you want a Toyota there is no need to put up with the service from the South Auckland dealers. Go see Aidan at Toyota in Hamilton and you will be very pleasantly surprised how good the service can be when dealing with a salesperson who really cares about the service they deliver.

Great experience, went to look at a vehicle for hubby and Derek was excellent with knowledge etc, took a couple of test drives definitely interested but have to look at others before making a decision

Bookings are always decent, only a couple of days out. Fairly fast turn around times as well. Very friendly and professional service staff. Unfortunately when I had my last service they recommended I replace my battery which I verbally asked for, but they didn't do. It wasn't flat so I left it until last week when my engine light came on, so I took it in and they told me that I had to replace the battery. They did this with a few hundred dollars of "checks", and gave my car back. A week later I noticed my passenger windows didn't work from the drivers door, which they should have initialized after swapping my battery. I attempted doing this myself but it was playing up, and they would only let me come in to get it sorted instead of troubleshooting on the phone. Went in to get it sorted and the service man had it done in less than 10 seconds. While good service, they often lack the smaller details.

Had to replace battery in the key called in to the parts department. While the guys were changing the little battery. I got roped into test driving the Hybrid Rav 4 awesome ride but beyond my budget from $44,000 up on the wish list 🙂

Nice to go to a car dealers and not have pushy salespeople! We enjoyed our new car buying experience without pressure or feeling harassed into making a quick decision. Once we had decided to purchase the whole process was quick and easy.

Thank you to jack the service manager for sorting out our issue from earlier in the day. It was great service and my father and I are very happy now and would recommend you to others Called up earlier in the day to see if it was ok to stop in after 11am to get a wof re checked they said this wouldbe fine. Guy at the service desk didn't seem to know what I was asking for. Went out back them returned and said they couldn't do it right now. Ask how long was the wait or when could I bring it back later that day. He went out back again came back and said that I should bring it back I ask if I bring it back latter today what time suits. He could not answer....thought Toyota had better service then a corner dariy guess I was mistaken

Top notch service. Car was towed in late Wednesday afternoon. Fixed and ready for pickup by lunch the next day. Very reasonably priced. Quick and flawless work. They even washed and vacuumed my 4x4. Great service from the team at Ebbett Toyota Hamilton. Keep it up 👍😊

Great staff.New sales manager well informed and a great personality. Sold us a new car.we are very happy.We got exactly what we wanted. Except the passenger seat hasn't got electric seat.That is the only fault bit love the car .Toyota Rav 4 hybrid red and all the other extras.Look forward to getting it in June or there abouts.

We purchased a RAV4 from here during the lock down because ours had been written off and we needed a new one before I was back to work in level 2. The pricing at Ebbett Toyota Hamilton was by far the best in NZ we could find on TradeMe, and due to lock down, we had to buy without viewing. Delivery was very cheap and the vehicle is in immaculate condition - much better than we were expecting for such a low price. Thanks Derek for getting that sale underway and a massive thanks to Scott Dixon for walking us through that sale. He made it very easy and was very quick to respond. They also did a great job with contact-less delivery, and thoroughly sanitised the vehicle down before heading off. Next time we need a vehicle we will definitely check these guys out first!

Explanation to why a car that is booked in at a specific time takes 6 hours to get back to you is needed. Specifics are needed on warrant failures...ie. wiper blade perished....which one??? You guys are friendly and helpful, please keep this up...

Beautiful location and tidy up

My Yaris had been on a recall for some time and I kept putting off getting it done because it I thought it was going to be such a hassle getting it there and getting to work etc. After finally booking it in, Toyota made the whole process so easy with extras like a free coffee and cleaning it inside and out, I wondered why I didn't do it ages ago. Great service - thanks Toyota

Absolutely love my new 2019 Corolla Hybrid. Has some amazing driving features, and seeing over 1000km out of a 40 litre tank of petrol is really quite amazing. Quiet, smooth ride, with all the bells and whistles! Certainly has caught the attention of many of my friends, and great price! Thanks to Scott and the team throughout the sales process.

Great service, but couldn't sort my car problem out.

Friendly Staff, i went in for a motor vehicle part for my toyota and was given a timeframe for delivery. Thankfully it arrived on time. No mucking around. Great Service and also cheaper than prices quoted by other autoparts stores.

We recently purchased a 2015 2wd Hilux from Ebbett Toyota. It was a fantastic experience, from first contact to driving our vehicle off the yard. Due to recent disappointment with our previous Toyota Dealership for which we had purchased four vehicles with, we were ready to remove ourselves from the Toyota Brand and move to another - we were looking at Land Rover. We took a Discovery home for an entire weekend and were all set to purchase one when noticed Ebbett Toyota, Hamilton decided to just have a look. We met Scott Dixon who took an interest in what we were looking for and what we had. We were impressed with how he conducted himself and how comfortable and important he made us feel, even though we told him we were looking at moving to a different dealership. Nothing was too much of a problem and as a result, we purchased a 2019 200 Series Landcruiser. He organised everything, all the accessories we wanted, right down to the cosmetic changes we wanted. Scott Dixon managed to restore our "faith" in the Toyota brand where we were so annoyed and willing to go elsewhere. Thanks Scott for continuing the on going support even after the sale. Just purchased my first Brand New Toyota. The whole process was seamless, from the test drive, then ordering the vehicle, found when the Toyota is made in the factory in Japan, told the Toyota was on the ship to NZ. Then rang me to tell me my Toyota was at the dealership. Then the best news is I could pick my new Toyota Yaris Cross GX. Hooray. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a new Toyota to visit this dealership. Ask for Melissa or Scott.
