I dealt with Aidan Sami who was exceptional in every area as a salesperson. Moving forward I will continue to purchase vehicles from Aidan even though I live in Auckland. If you want a Toyota there is no need to put up with the service from the South Auckland dealers. Go see Aidan at Toyota in Hamilton and you will be very pleasantly surprised how good the service can be when dealing with a salesperson who really cares about the service they deliver.

Bookings are always decent, only a couple of days out. Fairly fast turn around times as well. Very friendly and professional service staff. Unfortunately when I had my last service they recommended I replace my battery which I verbally asked for, but they didn't do. It wasn't flat so I left it until last week when my engine light came on, so I took it in and they told me that I had to replace the battery. They did this with a few hundred dollars of "checks", and gave my car back. A week later I noticed my passenger windows didn't work from the drivers door, which they should have initialized after swapping my battery. I attempted doing this myself but it was playing up, and they would only let me come in to get it sorted instead of troubleshooting on the phone. Went in to get it sorted and the service man had it done in less than 10 seconds. While good service, they often lack the smaller details.

We purchased a RAV4 from here during the lock down because ours had been written off and we needed a new one before I was back to work in level 2. The pricing at Ebbett Toyota Hamilton was by far the best in NZ we could find on TradeMe, and due to lock down, we had to buy without viewing. Delivery was very cheap and the vehicle is in immaculate condition - much better than we were expecting for such a low price. Thanks Derek for getting that sale underway and a massive thanks to Scott Dixon for walking us through that sale. He made it very easy and was very quick to respond. They also did a great job with contact-less delivery, and thoroughly sanitised the vehicle down before heading off. Next time we need a vehicle we will definitely check these guys out first!

Explanation to why a car that is booked in at a specific time takes 6 hours to get back to you is needed. Specifics are needed on warrant failures...ie. wiper blade perished....which one??? You guys are friendly and helpful, please keep this up...

Due to recent disappointment with our previous Toyota Dealership for which we had purchased four vehicles with, we were ready to remove ourselves from the Toyota Brand and move to another - we were looking at Land Rover. We took a Discovery home for an entire weekend and were all set to purchase one when noticed Ebbett Toyota, Hamilton decided to just have a look. We met Scott Dixon who took an interest in what we were looking for and what we had. We were impressed with how he conducted himself and how comfortable and important he made us feel, even though we told him we were looking at moving to a different dealership. Nothing was too much of a problem and as a result, we purchased a 2019 200 Series Landcruiser. He organised everything, all the accessories we wanted, right down to the cosmetic changes we wanted. Scott Dixon managed to restore our "faith" in the Toyota brand where we were so annoyed and willing to go elsewhere. Thanks Scott for continuing the on going support even after the sale. Just purchased my first Brand New Toyota. The whole process was seamless, from the test drive, then ordering the vehicle, found when the Toyota is made in the factory in Japan, told the Toyota was on the ship to NZ. Then rang me to tell me my Toyota was at the dealership. Then the best news is I could pick my new Toyota Yaris Cross GX. Hooray. I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a new Toyota to visit this dealership. Ask for Melissa or Scott.
