S.I am specifically referring to the Mazda service dept and Mazda parts dept in this review:
Super service! Maybe more pricey than your average mechanic, but all the little touches and reliable customer service and outcomes make them worth it. Parts dept were also very helpful when I made a few enquires on accessories. Recommended if you have a newish Mazda.
B.Excellent customer service. Great loan car. Repairs to my car were done in the time frame they gave. Complimentary clean and wash before getting it back was the icing on the cake. Thanks

P.Nicely located on Te Rapa straight, easy parking off the main road. A decent sized car yard with Fords and Mazdas, mostly Fords. The yard extends around the back of the building, so there are more cars than there seem to be from the street. Closed on Boxing Day.
V.Sales people Karl and Brendon were very patient and helpful with me helping me sort a few issues with my new car. Excellent friendly service. Totally love my CX-9. I think the service department could use some work. Failed to find a simple fault in my husband's Mazda 6 had to get it fixed elsewhere.
S.Fairview Motors is by far the best dealership I have dealt with. And I have dealt with a few. They have great customer service and the sale of my car was the best experience by far. They are always happy to help and the service department is fantastic. I even get an odd message by the salesman who sold me my car asking if it is going well. 5 stars are definitely deserved.

C.To be honest... The same guy on reception both times I went in to the office needs to learn some people skills of how to greet someone warmly...and how to smile.. That goes a long way with customers and he just doesn't have it..
But Reuben who did the work on my car was a top man. Very polite and explained what was wrong and what he needed to do very clearly and precisely...
N.We recently bought a Mazda 6 from Fairview Motors and I cannot fault the service I received from everyone but particularly from Barry Johnston. I am surprised to find myself writing an endorsement for a car salesman but Barry was helpful, no pressure, took care of all the details and has followed up since we bought the car. A.Visited at last minute to test drive the latest Ford Ranger XLT truck. Wow what a very special vehicle - loved the smooth and quiet ride, amazed by the warning sensors, very spacious - deserving of a thumbs up in many ways. Friendly salesman helped us out.

My current car was initially purchased here some twenty years ago, and despite the part I was after (unsurprisingly) no longer being available, the rep still took the time to help me with my other matters and I felt like a valued customer. This post of mine was two years ago,! Today 19/10/2020 I had a warrant, service, wheel alignment. And fairview motors are still doing a great job, with very friendly staff , no complaints from me, very happy. Plus my car had been washed and vacuumed.

They must have listened and have upped their game last four times now they have been on time and provided good service so fairs fair I’m upping from my initial one star.
But will leave my initial thoughts below.
Nice staff but the times I've had my ute serviced I always seem to be made to wait after due time although they have it all day, this time I was told it would be ready at 3 so arrived at 3.30 was told it was just getting washed and asked to wait in waiting room 1hr later no news so looked outside truck sitting outside wash bay in a line of 4 or more cars grabbed my dirty truck and left into now rush hour traffic to cross town.....hey Fairview don't tell me fibs just say you can take it now but wont be washed I'd rather wash it myself than sit in a waiting room for an hour...... maybe overworked staff.....nice waiting room though

B.Things were not going well with the service department that were looking after my Mondeo. After approx. three weeks of getting nowhere I decided to phone the manager of Fairviews and explain my problem. Wow, what a great result. My problem was sorted the very next day. Nice to feel valued after having a bad time of it. I was very impressed with the way my concerns were handled and the problem sorted. I will still deal with and recommend Fairview Motors.
