D.Last Year I brought a Kawasaki 650, the sales team were great, and updated me on the shipping whenever i asked as I was sending it down from Hamilton to Chch. The bike was in perfect condition apart from a scratch on a sticker that i had been informed of earlier, the sales team then went out of their way to source the sticker and send it to me, a couple months later I started having an issue with the back tire, with a slow leak , after checking the back tire I noticed it had been plugged, paying out of my own pocket for a replacement rear tire was a bit of a sour spot so after emailing the sales team they offered credit which i then used on some riding boots. all together the sales team went above and beyond what I expected of a company these days 5/5.

J.My husband bought his bike here quite a few years ago and he has always had the service and WOF done here. Although there has been a few staff changes over the years the service and staff have been very good.

R.These guys are the best. Broke down and they had somebody with a trailer to pick the bike up within 40 mins. They fixed it in record time and checked it out to see if there was anything else which could possibly go wrong.
Plus they are all excellent, friendly dudes who enjoy their work.
Not often that I'll give 5 stars but that's what they deserve :-)

R.Staff were good to me, helpful and attentive but not overly so. They had a changing room for me to try on the gear so was happy all around. Just wish they had more selection of motorcycle gear to choose from.

C.Fantastic and friendly service as always. Great advice on and selection of gear, Im now confident I wont get wet when riding in a storm. And better yet, speedy work on replacing entire loom on the bike and they were even happy to lend me a bike while we waited for the parts to be delivered from the UK. Dont know where I would be without you guys!

R.Following a mechanical failure while on tour in the Waikato last weekend we phoned Hamilton Motorcycle Centre very late in the afternoon only just catching owner Richard while locking up. Nothing was too much trouble as he waited while we made it to the store, parts were located and supplied letting us carry on our tour.
All above and beyond the call and thoroughly appreciated.

P.Went in there in my league shorts and singlet to buy a 50k bike, only 1 other customer in there, no one asked what I wanted. After 10 minutes I walked out and ordered it where I got my last bike, this is the second time it has happened. 80k of sales missed. Shocking considering that Kawasaki NZ headquarters is just down the road. I am now traveling out of my home town to get what I want.
Edit:
Richard the owner contacted me shortly after this review (out of hours) and apologised. Great personal touch and it showed integrity. I am impressed that he fronted up with no excuses. I will go back to hopefully build some bridges.
