Usual process scan, mask didn't need to show pass. Matt was very helpful and didn't hover around pointed us in the right direction to look and said if we needed his help just come in to the shop and he will assist. Thanks

Plenty of parking and several brands beyond Mitsubishi on the yard. Nice premises. Friendly and helpful staff on previous visits. Closed on Boxing Day.

Jason Fox helped us into our new car! My husband and I were so impressed with Jason's professionalism and knowledge of our new car. We are so happy with the service that was provided to us and he made us feel very comfortable with our journey. We actually bought our previous cars from a few different dealers and Jason stood out as the best experience we've had.......by far! As you can probably predict, we will most definitely be purchasing our next few cars from you again VERY soon.

Best ever service I received from them . The team , Jason is the man , knew his stuff and talked to us throughout the whole process and Kim was so fast and professional with everything. Totally Amazing team . My 2 year old son also really loved the place as well. Thank you team we definitely love our New Outlander

Booked in for a vehicle service. Staff were friendly & accommodating over the phone & when I arrived. Was told the price up front. I was offered a complimentary wash & vacuum. When I picked up my vehicle it had dirty water marks over the windscreen & side windows. I had to ask for a towel to remove them myself after I mentioned it & no offer was made to sort it for me. Bit of a let down to otherwise ok service.

My first visit here. I had interactions with 4 different people, each of whom was very polite and professional. Good communication . Kept to time . Clean waiting room and washroom plus complementary tea coffee etc I was delighted and surprised that my car was washed and vacummed after the service. Great customer service. Will be returning. communication

Went in there for a warranty repair, 2 ladies on reception and the one who took my keys and details was not exactly what I'd call customer service orientated, when I had a call back to collect my car I was spoken to much better. They did however drop me off and pick me up and were very quick with what needed to be done.

Best service I have ever experienced! (I purchased a car, was looked after incredibly well by the team, which went out of their way to help me. Plus it was the first time I had been to their show room. Excellent service)

Just had my car in for minor recall on wipers and to get a dog-chewed seat-belt replaced. Fantastic service. The car was cleaner when I picked it up than it has been for a long time, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.

So impressed with my car service today, was served by a lovely lady, they took me back to work and picked me up afterwards. Not only did they service my car but they also washed it and vacuumed it, will definitely be back, keep up the good work!

I bought a new SLI hatch for my wife's birthday 2013 and was very pleased with the treatment and service. The services since then have been good and the price has been fair. Reminders of services and offers to set even the daylight saving settings have made the experience even better.

I have just purchased a Misubishi ASX From Kevin Mc Ivor.I found Kevin very easy to get on with,after having looked around other dealerships I went to Mitsubishi and felt no pressure and Kevin showed me exactly what I asked for. I have to recommend that Mitsubishi is the only dealership to go to for a great variety of cars also great top class service . Thanks Kevin.
