everything done as promised. Also showed ability to use discretion & make correction regards my instruction ( I didn't realize that 8 litres of engine oil was required & I had only supplied 5 litres of my choice ) When all done they also washed & vacuumed car. Wow that's special treatment

The work was carried out quickly and to my complete satisfaction. (Throttle body replacement, auto trans service, and air filter replacement. It has recovered its zippy acceleration. Good service.

Poor experience, unfortunately. Our Viano has been in three times over 7 months to resolve an ongoing fault. The second time we were told a special part had been bought in from overseas to resolve the problem. After weeks of waiting, the part arrived and the vehicle was booked for a Wednesday to have the part fitted. Late in the afternoon we get a call to say it isn't ready, can they keep it Thursday. Despite being told it would be ready by Thursday afternoon, my wife was kept waiting until well after 5.30 while the workshop staff grumpily put the van back together. The new parts they fitted have NOT resolved the issue. The vehicle is now out of warranty, leaving us with a expensive and unresolved door problem. On the plus side, they did manage to fix the rear wiper and service the vehicle. But I will not be returning. You pay a premium price at a premium facility - for poor service.

The customer service is superb. However, the cost of the service is a bit pricy, and therefore you have to spend a lot of $$$ if you want to service here instead of doing the service cheaper in Auckland.

Our experience having a windscreen replaced left us feeling very disapointed.It took nearly one week due to the wrong screen being delivered and then the replacement screen put into another vehicle.Communication was poor from the workshop although the girls at the front desk were excellent.

Great service, not quick to assume character based on appearances. Went to look at a new vehicle, had just been ignored at previous yards as was in jeans and Tshirt and with a young kid along with me. Was given a level of service above and beyond, even offered to help locate the model I was after as they didn't have it there. 10/10 would highly recommend

Purchased a preowned ML350 from Cameron at Ingham. Very good sales process, not pushy, good communication. We were able to do business based on Ingham doing a few extra things for me which they did promptly which was appreciated. Pickup of vehicle was nice & easy and had a follow-up from salesman the following week. This car was one of their older models but was still very well presented, and little things like a gift box & full tank of gas always is appreciated. Will definitely go back when looking for our next Benz, plus recommend to others.
