Excellence customer service provided by John, we first time visited there and same day we went to two other place to buy a new car. My first-time experience with Keppler wasn’t 100% the best; however, they reached out to apologise for the customer service that one of their team members had shown. Both myself and my partner appreciate the above and beyond service that has followed since then. We both look forward to our future dealings with Keppler.

What an absolute top place. Customer care second to none. I have never had a car unveiled or received a food basket when purchasing a vehicle. John is an absolute legend. Very knowledgeable and a great sales man - a pleasure giving them our business.

My daughter and I have just experienced the best customer service experience in buying a vehicle from a car sales yard ever. Nothing is in the too hard basket for john and the team at keppler. We were treated as though we had just purchased a brand new Ferrari . We would certainly recommend looking up the keppler crew if your in the market for purchasing a vehicle. Highly recommend, got the vehicle I really wanted and very accommodating company to deal with.

Purchased a second hand Audi that ended up having an issue with the transmission but the Keppler team dealt with it like real professionals. Drove a loan vehicle down to Auckland and replaced the transmission without even questioning it. I will certainly be buying me next car from them. Great vehicles and an even better team. My husband and I purchased an Audi Q7 from Keppler. The sales team and after sales service is Awesome, very friendly, helpful and not pushy was a great experience. The car had a small problem and it wasn't an issue for them, collected the car from us, left us a courtesy car and fixed the issue. Honesty the after sales service is Bloody Top notch 👌. We purchased a Holden Malibu from Keppler that had a hidden problem that they didn't know about. They took the car back and paid a lot of money for it to be fixed. They helped us throughout the entire process and provided a courtesy car for the time being. It meant a great deal for us. To the team of Keppler, one word can only be used "Awesome"...The team were amazing and even though the wait was longer than usual due to COVID-19 having an affect with level 2, allowing everyone to escape their bubbles and cause havoc lol, from our sales agent Aaron sorting the purchase of our new 2020 S10 Mahindra (running around actually), to the amazing journey the owner proudly shared with the wifey and I on how the business came about from having only minimal dollars in his pocket (and an amazing journey it was...). Had a good look at Haval. Not too bad. And chatted with friendly Tim. Then went back and bought a Haval H6 after also testing Kia mitsubishi ssangyong. Very pleased with the vehicle's comfort, features and benefits, and performance.

Couldn't have been more open and helpful.
