L.Literally the best motorcycle dealership I've been too so far...walked into the shop while my bike was being serviced and was greeted/acknowledged by everyone that works there by a smile/"Hi"/head-nod.
Had organised a test ride for an upgrade to my Royal Enfield and Hika was open to letting me test all the models to make sure I was happy, I only rode two.
Went to lunch whilst the bike was being worked on and got two phones calls to say it was ready (over-efficient). Service cost about $50-$80 cheaper than Auckland dealers who treat you like they exist to do you a favour.
Even though I didn't end up buying my upgrade from them as I found a 2nd-hand nearly new one on TradeMe, I was so impressed with that I've told everyone I know to buy from them as they do free feight up to Auckland.
Back there next week to service my new bike.

t.Great team providing good old fashioned service. The cafe is great and you get to look at beautiful Indian motorcycles in the show room. Did I mention the Indian motorcycles? Well worth a visit. Buy an Indian motorcycle while you are there perhaps.

S.I went in with my daughter inlaw not long after her partner passed & my son, I must say it was a very long process, but she was really good, sorry I forgot your name, I was a bit worried about payments, considering my daughter inlaw just lost her partner & was in an vunerable state & i didn't want her to be taken for granted, But alls well ended well, I must say I've dealt with car dealers for some years now & found only one problem with one, not even garages can pull the wool over my eyes, from then on I had to smarten up quickly, to our Maori whanau, if it's your first time buying ask questions don't be hesitant or whakama, just remember your buying this vechele not the one with you or the car dealer & don't get tricked into something you don't want.
Well all in All I drove my daughter inlaw van home & moko, found the radio was in Japanese, someone left a CD in, the only thing I could play music between Mexican, Indian, rap 😂 etc, the van drove smoothly, I find 95 gas is a bit much, well that my fortay on my experiences, so i hope you enjoyed my book 😂. Oh by the way Ro yal my son coming back to buy a car.
