Buying a used car could be a risk. Royale Cars and Motorcycles is the best, and Hika provides superior service. Hika goes the extra mile to make sure he satisfies his customers' needs. I can recommend Royale Cars and Motorcycles. Thank you for your outstanding service and after sales service. Highly recommended AAA+++ I am having a few issues with the car. Had my Indian chieftain motorcycle serviced last week at Royale . Noticed a small issue with an accessory fitted when I got the bike home . Returned to Royale today , the response from Chris and the service team was excellent , offering a free small gift without any prompting and provided a bike for test ride whist I waited for the fix to happen . I’ve dealt with many bike dealers over many years. Chris and his team are by far the best yet My wife and I will return in summer to buy a couple more bikes from Royale

Bought my new to me Suzuki boulevard m90 from these guys and I'm loving it. They did make the recommendation of not riding in the rain with brand new tyres which is a good idea as new tyres are very slippery in the rain. Overall I am very happy with the bike and the team there. Good price too as the bike was within my price range. Looks forward to doing more business with these guys in the future and hopefully I can pop in for the services

I had a 4k service done a cooling system recall and a warranty on a battery issue in late Feb. Matt has and excellent, helpfull telephone manor and at check in the process was smooth and efficient. Royale has one of the best showrooms I've seen. Its a very pleasant place to be. The battery warranty was delivered as promised despite the issue being 10 months old ( no thanks to covid restrictions and not getting out on my bike like i planned to, bringing me upto the 4000kms for the service) . Many thanks for excellent service. . Ps very honest with the billing. Twice now i have experienced a bill that only reflected for time spent and work done, no nasty hidden extras or exorbitant base rate charges for tasks. Thank you for that. This should be expected but these days often it's not provided (Case in point Isuzu) . Richard Taupo.

Literally the best motorcycle dealership I've been too so far...walked into the shop while my bike was being serviced and was greeted/acknowledged by everyone that works there by a smile/"Hi"/head-nod. Had organised a test ride for an upgrade to my Royal Enfield and Hika was open to letting me test all the models to make sure I was happy, I only rode two. Went to lunch whilst the bike was being worked on and got two phones calls to say it was ready (over-efficient). Service cost about $50-$80 cheaper than Auckland dealers who treat you like they exist to do you a favour. Even though I didn't end up buying my upgrade from them as I found a 2nd-hand nearly new one on TradeMe, I was so impressed with that I've told everyone I know to buy from them as they do free feight up to Auckland. Back there next week to service my new bike. 10 out of 10 service!

A big thanks to Kerry, Matt and Les (and the awesome guy in the cafe! Sorry I didn't get your name). I rode down from AKL his morning for my Chief's 1000km service. Kerry and Matt were super friendly and helpful. Given the storms, I'd asked Matt if there was any chance of getting my bike through the service faster (normally 2.5-3hrs) so I might beat the next storm hitting AKL as I rode home. They managed to move by mike through in 1.5 hours and I avoided all the heavy rain with time to spare! Thanks so much. Les, Kerry - cheers for unboxing a set of the Chief Dean Speed Mufflers so I could check them out. I had a coffee and breakfast at the Cafe there while I waited, both food and drink we're fab. Atmosphere is relaxed as. It's actually a sweet place just to hang out, have a drink and check some stuff out. Beast range of Indian Merch I've seen too.

Big shout out to Chris & the Team at Royal Indian Motorcycles in Hamilton. Not only did they squeeze my bike in for a 4k service at the last minute. Matt also picked up that the clutch needed a re torque & adjustment. This is the type of dealer customer care & great service makes purchasing another Indian motorcycle an easy choice

I enquired about purchasing a new Segway Snarler quad bike from Royale Cars but I was concerned about it towing capacity of the quad. They gladly towed a demo quad to all the way out to a farm where they towed a boat around with the quad then sent me a video of it to show how well it performed. They went well out of their way to help me. Ultimately I didn't purchase from them as they didn't have the exact model that I wanted but I would most certainly buy from them next time. Amazing service and communication! I highly recommend. Thanks guys!

I went in with my daughter inlaw not long after her partner passed & my son, I must say it was a very long process, but she was really good, sorry I forgot your name, I was a bit worried about payments, considering my daughter inlaw just lost her partner & was in an vunerable state & i didn't want her to be taken for granted, But alls well ended well, I must say I've dealt with car dealers for some years now & found only one problem with one, not even garages can pull the wool over my eyes, from then on I had to smarten up quickly, to our Maori whanau, if it's your first time buying ask questions don't be hesitant or whakama, just remember your buying this vechele not the one with you or the car dealer & don't get tricked into something you don't want. Well all in All I drove my daughter inlaw van home & moko, found the radio was in Japanese, someone left a CD in, the only thing I could play music between Mexican, Indian, rap 😂 etc, the van drove smoothly, I find 95 gas is a bit much, well that my fortay on my experiences, so i hope you enjoyed my book 😂. Oh by the way Ro yal my son coming back to buy a car.

Good place for motorcycle with Benelli, royal Enfield, indian motorcycle and MV , the only problem i found is that they won't be able to help us with the resale they only do Trade in whereas the other motorcycle dealers help with resale by displaying our motorcycle in their showroom
